"What... is this...?"

Those were the words that were currently uttered by a boy with black hair with some red and blue highlights. He wore Black and Blue Hoodie Jacket Coat with some red and blue spots. His shoes were mainly white and smooth with black heel regions. And around the rim of the soles, the shoes have red strips of metal on the rear and front of the bottom, broken below the in-steps. To everyone else that was around him, the clothes he wore were weird.

This boy was none other than Natsuki Subaru, one G.U.N.'s agents as well as a popular hero where he's from. Currently he was in the middle of a street in front of a fountain. Surrounding him were animal people of all kinds as well as some humans. The boy was confused.

"Just how did I get here? I remember being on the shuttle that was about to blow up...I then used Chaos Control to escape and now I'm here..."

The only conclusion he could come to was that something or someone altered pr messed with his chaos control somehow and brought him in this medieval town. He started walking down the street ignoring the weird looks he was getting from the other demi-humans.

'Maybe the others back at G.U.N. can probably pin-point my location and find me-!'

His thoughts were cut off as heard some screaming from a nearby crowd. He turned to see a little kid on the ground as a chariot being towed by something that resembled a giant lizard was heading towards the child. If something wasn't done, the child would get run over. So, in a matter of seconds, Subaru used his speed to get to the child on time. For everyone else, all they felt was a strong wind and the child suddenly on the other side. Subaru came and gone like the wind, leaving the witnesses in shock at what happened.

After all of that, Subaru teleported himself to a building using Chaos Control and looked down at the town beneath him as he gathered his thoughts and thought back to everything that's happened up to this point.

He began to have a flashback

The boy was currently running towards the exit of the massive ship that was currently in space. He just got done defeating his robot counterpart and retrieved the other 6 chaos emeralds from the doctor.

*THE SHUTTLE WILL SELF DESTRUCT IN 5 SECONDS*

Subaru decided to use his boost technique to get out of the shuttle that was currently starting to blow up as fire started appearing behind him as he ran at top speed.

At the last second he decided to teleport as he screamed.

"CHAOS CONTROL!!!!"

In a flash of green light, he vanished as the shuttle exploded. He expected to appear near the base or somewhere on earth. So you can imagine his surprise when he appeared in the middle of a group of animal people in front of a fountain.

Which leads us up to this point...

"I have to find a way back..." said Subaru as he got up and jumped off a building and landed in an alleyway. He began to walk around to explore the current area he was in. He was currently stopped when he saw a green haired man at an apple stand.

"Hey kid, those are some weird-looking clothes and gear...are you new here?" The green man asked.

"Um..yeah." Subaru looked at the red fruit in the baskets.

"Hey mister...what are those?"

"Huh? Those are Appas."

'Appas? They look more like apples to me...' the boy thought as he was looking at the so called "Appas".

"Well are you going to buy one?"

"Huh? But what?"

"An appa!" The grabbed an appa and pushed it in Subaru's face.

"Oh...sorry but I don't have any money."

" Then get out of here! You're ruining my business!" The green haired man shouted at the boy, pissing him off as he began to walk away.

The boy continued walking until he heard a scream coming from another alleyway, prompting him to run where the scream came from. Upon arriving, he saw two women being harassed by three thugs.

"Come on! There's no need to scream, we just want to have fun!~" the first thug snickered as he grabbed onto one of their arms.

"No! Please let me go! Someone help!" one of the women screamed. Luckily her prayers were answered.

"HEY!"

The thugs turned their attention towards whoever was dumb enough to shout at them. It was a weird-looking kid.

The first thug spoke up first.

"Huh? Who the hell are you?"

"Who I am is none of your concern...just some guy that's going to kick your ass if you and your little friends over there don't let go of those two girls." Subaru spoke as he had a serious look on his face.

The thugs thought he was bluffing so the leader sent his two cronies to attack Subaru. Although they were quickly dealt with after two roundhouse kicks to their heads, knocking them out in a matter of seconds.

The leader being scared shitless started going towards drastic measures by attempting to make one of the women he was holding a hostage by grabbing a knife and aiming it towards the woman's neck.

"S-Stay back! If you come closer, I will kill her!"

Subaru stopped for a moment and smirked. He suddenly vanished from where he was standing shocking the thug and his hostage. The thug had no time to react as he felt a sharp pain in his stomach. Looking down, he could see that Subaru had punched him in the stomach, knocking the wind out of him as well as knocking him unconscious.

Once the two women were free from their grasp, they wanted to thank the man that saved them but the moment they did, he was gone.

Suddenly a knight entered the alleyway, but he was too late as the women were completely fine with the three thugs knocked unconscious. The knight reprimanded the thugs and asked the women what had occurred.

They then explained that a man in weird black, blue, red, and white clothing appeared and saved them.

"I see...can you describe him anymore?" The Knight asked. Which one of the women replied.

"Well, he came and gone like the wind. He was too quick for us to even realize what had happened."

While this was going on, Subaru was on the building above them listening in on the conversation.

"If things like this happen on the daily, then I can do something about it. I mean, a kid nearly died and no one was doing nothing to help..."

Subaru decided from that moment on, he would go around and explore this new world and help people while looking for ways to contact his associates back at G.U.N. and try to find a way back home.

This was where Natsuki Subaru's adventure began.
