Nomi P.O.V

Finally, wide awake. I walk downstairs as the casita, the magical self-aware house helps me serve breakfast on the table. The children from the town came excitedly for my youngest twins' gift, where they will be given a special power. All of my family has a gift. And soon my little twin siblings will as well.

Soon the children from town came to the house asking me questions, like what's my gifts and when is the twin's ceremony.

"The twins' ceremony is tonight."

"What's their gift?" One of them asked. I chuckled.

"We're gonna find out," I said, serving everything while the casita decorates itself with banners and streamers.

"What's your gift?" They asked. I laughed it off.

"Who's asking?" I asked. They all replied.

"Us!"

"Well 'us', I can't just talk about myself. I am only part of the amazing Norisu." I explained. They just kept coming.

"Who's the amazing Norisu?"

"Oh you're not gonna leave me alone, are you? Casita, help me out." I chuckled and the house move in full joy. The children rushed inside as casita floats them in.

"So, wanna know so bad, hmm? Alright." I chuckled, showing a portrait of the family.

"My Grandfather is the one who started it all, with the candle that gave the family a special gift. Then to my mother, a healing gift using her touch. My father married my mother and gave birth to us. The oldest twin siblings Saigon and Diamond were born. Saigon has super strength and Diamond has the gift of a blooming flower.  Then I and my sister Naomi were born. She has the power of intense hearing. Then my youngest twin, we'll find out tonight." I explained. The kids were fascinated. I hope they won't notice-

"What about your gift, Nomi?" They asked. They noticed...

"I... I don't have a gift." I admit. I didn't get any gifts. I'm happy for my family but I felt left out. Imagine you're the only one who's not special...

"Nomi dear, come here please!" My mother's voice called me in the kitchen. I rushed towards her after saying my goodbyes to the kids.

"Yes, mother?" I asked. She's making food for everyone. So much food.

"Sweetie, you know how your grandfather is with this celebration, so he asked me to tell you to uh..." She hesitated. I already knew what my grandfather would say.

"He told me to clear the way, right?" I said. She sighed and hugged me.

"I'm so sorry sweetie. Want some gyoza?" She asked and I smiled. She really is the best mother anyone could ask for.

"Thank you..." I said, eating it. So good.

"Go to your room, dear. I'll send you the food soon alright?" She asked as I finished my gyoza. I nod.

"Yes, mom."

The celebration has begun 15 minutes ago, and this 17-year-old boy is stuck in his room instead of seeing his family's celebration. I sighed as I look by the balcony. How fun, they're celebrating their gifts. So, Buttercup can speak with animals and Butterfly can hear a pin drop. I don't...

"Why don't I have a gift..." I asked myself. A knock was heard at my door. Must be my mom.

"Coming," I said and open the door to reveal a purple-haired boy, blue eyes. I was shocked and walk backward as he was holding a plate of gyoza and a bottle of tea. He looked surprised too.

"Ah, you must be Nomi. Your mom asked me to give you these since she was in the kitchen baking something, maybe some cakes. Here, I'll put it on the table." He said, placing it on the table. I looked at him, he's pretty.

"T-thank you," I said. He smiled. He was about to leave before turning back to me with a gentle smile.

"My name is Randy Cunningham, it's an honor to meet you." He said and left. I looked at my mirror and saw a red flush on my face. No doubt, it's blush. I-I'm falling for him?! Love at first sight? I thought it was just some cheesy story but... Maybe...

"Oh shoot, I'm in love with Randy," I said to myself.

A few weeks past and the voice of his still lingers in my mind. He's so... Cute. My big brother interrupted my thought with his request to marry someone.

"Marriage? Well, it's important to continue the family's legacy. Who do you want to marry, Saigon?" Grandfather asked. He always prefers Saigon over me...

"I know it may sound weird, but may I marry Randy Cunningham?"

...

Wait, what...?

"Ah, that purple hair boy? We'll ask him tomorrow night. He has quite the fan group." Father said with a chuckle. What?!

"Oh yeah, did he bring you the food, Nomi dear?" Mother asked and I nod. Saigon scoffed at me.

"Yeah, our talentless brother has to lock inside of his own room." He said. Man, he's making me mad.

"We'll ask Randy about it." Grandfather smiled. I look at my food with sadness flowing through me. No... I want to marry Randy...

A few days later, Randy came over with his family to meet... His future husband, Saigon. He looked nervous and hesitant. Everyone is at the dinner table except me. I was told yet again to be in my room. Great...

Randy's P.O.V

Why did they ask me to come here? Everyone is here except for Nomi. Why isn't he here? Is he sick? The family looked at me in wonder.

"Randy, we have a request." The grandfather asked me.

"What request?" I asked curiously. They all smiled at each other before looking back at me. My family was confused as well.

"Will you marry Saigon?" I was shocked by the request. Marriage?!

"But our brother is only 17 years old!" My siblings said protectively. They all smiled.

"We know, that's why we ask so when you're 18 or ready you'll be marrying our son." The father said. I look down, not knowing what to think. Then, I knew my answer. After the day I met...

Him.

"I'm sorry, I have to turn it down," I said. I smiled as I thought of him, cutely. Everyone was a bit surprised.

"Why?" The Norisu sisters asked. I smiled at them and looked at the family with a soft blush.

"I'm in love with someone else, and he's supposed to be here," I said. I knew he was listening to me when I look behind me to see him standing in full shock.

3rd P.O.V

"Y-you like me?" Nomi asked as he walks towards Randy with a big blush hovering over his face. Randy walks up to him and shows his shy smile.

"Yeah, for a long time now. When we first meet in that room, I knew I found the one for me. I just didn't have the courage to ask you out. That's why I-" Nomi immediately hugged Randy, his strong and loving embrace made the purple hair boy blush red.

"I like you too." Nomi's word was spoken and Randy teared up in joy, hugging back.

"I'm so happy," Randy said. Nomi replied with the exact same words. Saigon wasn't satisfied.

"Why do you like him, a non-given gifter?" He said. Nomi thought of the words, really, why? Randy growled at Saigon.

"Just because he doesn't have a gift doesn't mean he's not special! You guys won't cherish him as your own member! He's been so alone, but I still love him." He said. Nomi smiled and kissed Randy's head.

"Thank you." He said. Randy kiss Nomi's cheeks. The grandfather smiled.

"Then, you two will be wedded when you reach your 18 years of age." He said. Everyone celebrates their official love moments as the candle glow and showed Nomi's door in the yellow glow.
