"Randy! Don't you dare die! Don't you honking dare dying right in front of me!" Nomi's cries as Randy's body was taken to the hospital. Howard was trying to hold his tears but couldn't after finding out Randy's situation.

"Howard, I-it's gonna be o-okay.. I'm sure he'll m-make it! Ughh!!" Heidi fell down in tears with Stevens keeping her calm.

Everyone was there, Howard, Heidi, Nomi, Stevens, Theresa, Tengu, Debbie, Randy's parents, First Ninja Satoru as well. Everyone is crying and feeling pain about Randy's condition.

"Ma'am, we have to take Randall to the hospital in the emergency room!" One of the doctors said in a rush, taking Randy who had already fainted earlier. Ruby was confused.

"W-what do you mean?!" She begged to know, keep asking to the doctors and nurses who's handling her son. The nurse tried to stop her only until Randy's friends and family came. Nomi mostly is the most concerned.

"What happened to my lover?!" He demanded. The nurse was about to rush when she said the answer.

"Randall is having a serious health condition!" She immediately followed the doctors to the emergency room. Everyone was quiet until Nomi broke down into tears.

"Why didn't I honking notice?! I could've save his life earlier! Ugh!" Nomi's voice boomed the hospital as he hit his fist against the wall, despite the nurse's request.

"We couldn't do anything, shoob! All we can honking do is wait for the miracle!" Howard said, sobbing against Debbie's clothes. His own best friend had been keeping it a secret for so long, why?!

"W-will he be okay?" Tengu asked himself as he curled up, couldn't handle the pain. Theresa kneels next to him and caress him gently.

"He'll be okay, I-I'm sure..." She said, trying to be positive over the situation. Randy had been keeping it a secret for so long, why?

"Randy... Please be strong... We need you...!" Nomi sobs and fell down in his tears of misery.

During the operation, the doctors are doing their best on healing Randy as much as they could. They kept checking the heart monitor and making sure his vitals are still working.

"Doctor, his heart rate is going down!" The nurse warned.

"Keep it up! Don't let the heart beat down!" Doctors keeps doing their best with the surgery, until...

"W-we did it..."

Nomi had been stained with his tears, crying for almost 3 hours. Everyone calmed down after 20-30 minutes but Nomi took too much of his time. Well, he has been in the Nomicon for a while so it's understandable.

"My baby boy..." Ruby whispered to herself as if she's talking to her son right now. The doctor came out with a relief sigh. Everyone rushed towards him.

"How is he, doctor?!" Nomi jumped, wanting to know so bad.

"We successfully save him. Although he must stay here for a few days just in case. You may visit him tomorrow-"

"I need to see him right now!" Nomi cried out.

"I'm sorry, Mr Norisu. Randy has to stay over. You can come back tomorrow." The doctor said calmly. Ruby pulled Nomi over after Jason, Randy's dad payed for the medical bills.

The next day...

It was a simple day, beautiful sunshine, morning breeze, and a sleeping Randy.

His face glisten as the sun shines on his face. Randy woke up from the sunshine and saw the nurse coming in to give him some food.

"Hello, Randy. Here's your breakfast and medicines." He said as he place it on the night stand next to the bed. Randy nod his head with a soft but confused smile.

"T-thank you. Uh, what happened?" He asked, looking around. The hospital bed is pretty nice, and the wallpapers are pretty cool too.

"You've just woken up from a serious health condition that requires surgery and a lot of miracle. Not many people makes through, even if we do it precisely. You're pretty strong fighting the health condition y'know." The nurse explained and chuckled. Randy looked down, feeling guilty. The bills, it must be pretty expensive and because of his surgery he may not be able to do his ninja duties for a while.

"Thank you, mr uh..." Randy said, stopping after wondering the nurse's name. The nurse showed his name tag with a smile.

"The name's Lincoln. Eat up, and rest well. We have to give you a checkup before we can let you go." Nurse Lincoln said before he went out to check the other patients.

Randy eats his food, feeling pressured. The hospital bill must be pretty expensive if he manages to survive. He looks outside and see the calming town of his home, Norrisville. After a while he heard his door opened.

"Cunningham, you're okay!" Howard yelled as he hug his best friend. Randy pets Howard's head with a soft smile.

"Hey, bro. Sorry I made you worried..." He said. Howard shrugged it off as Nomi came in with a bouquet of flowers for Randy. How sweet of him. Nomi has always been the sweet one while Randy has always been the precious baby.

"Nomi..." Randy said, hugging Nomi who sat close to him. The red head hugged dearly, missing his comfort every second.

"Randy, I miss you so much..." He said, kissing Randy's forehead repeatedly. Randy giggles and snuggles on Nomi's chest, purring in content.

"I miss you too, Nomi..." Randy replied as he cuddles Nomi peacefully.

The doctor came in and checks Randy's vitals before he lets the boy go. Apparently his medical bills are paid so it's good to go. Who pay it? Well...
