Flower Shop

The smell of the flowers spread across the room as Nomi watering them. His family flower shop had been growing since 800 years ago. He loves flowers so it's all he do, taking care of it until it blooms beautifully. A lot of people love to come there to get his beautiful, quality and quite cheap flowers. He also managed to get the hearts of people having a crush on him.

Personally, he doesn't mind, but he didn't want to date them. His parents are long gone, and his siblings are still at school. Since Nomi already graduated from his school life, he took responsibility to take care of the flower shop. His big brother and sister are at the outskirts of town, his twin sister and younger twin siblings are still at school.

As Nomi was rearranging the flowers, a bell caught his attention, and not just the bell, but the customer as well. It was just a boy with purple hair and red shirt but he looked adorable. Nomi smiled at the customer charmingly.

"Greetings, my name is Nomi. Is there any flowers you wish to have?" He asked. The smaller boy smiled.

"I'm Randy, and if possible do you think I can have a few flowers for my mom? And maybe around 20 dollars?" Randy asked as he looked around the beautiful blooming plants. Nomi nod.

"Anything that's her favorite?" He asked. Randy sighed.

"No, she doesn't have favorites, and to be honest I just want flowers just to make her smile again..." He said sadly. Nomi can sense it quite well.

"What happen to her?"

"My mom got into a car accident and got into the hospital for a while. She didn't smile at all, and I wanted to give some flowers so that it might make her smile again... She love flowers but never mention her favorite..." Randy explained. Nomi felt bad, so he grabbed some Healing Flowers, a white 5 curved petals with soft pink middle. Randy looked at the flowers, it looked expensive.

"You know, Randy? These flowers are actually pretty rare, but it can help your mom heal faster. This one here is the Fluffy Fur, a fluffy like plant similar to lavender but soft to touch and very comfortable. These might help your mom feel better." Nomi handed the flowers. Randy was surprised.

"Oh, but isn't it expensive?" He asked. He only got 20 dollars to maybe buy a cheap rose. Nomi smiled.

"Don't worry, kid. It's ok the house. I don't want to let your money wasted. Besides, you still need money to pay the hospital bills, right?" Nomi said as he took of his gardening apron. Randy nod, he still saved his money to pay the bills. Too much work as well.

"Is it okay if I follow you, Randy?" Nomi asked as he closed the store. Randy nod.

"Sure, and thanks for the treat, Nomi. I appreciate it." They both walked towards the hospital and the people there seems to know Randy. Maybe he came here often. They arrived in Randy's mother's room and boy, Randy isn't lying. His mom looked bad. Casts on her legs and arms, her head was wrapped in bandages as if she was hit at the head as well.

"Hey, mom. I got you some flowers." Randy smiled. His mother didn't look at him. Nomi rubbed Randy's back as he spoked.

"Miss, your son is here to visit you. Please consider to take a look and see what he got for you?" Randy's mom heard and twisted her body, surprised at the gift she received.

"Here you go mom." Randy placed the flowers on her bed, it smells wonderful and comforting. She then smiled slowly.

"Thank you sweetheart." She said. Randy teared up and hugged Nomi dearly.

"Thank you Nomi." He said and immediately went to hug his mother until she fell asleep. Nomi kissed Randy's forehead that made Randy fell asleep as well.

"Your welcome, Randy."
