The citadel

In a forsaken word the kingdom of Quinn Zenobia was in a period of peace and prosperity but not for all.

The capital city of Shines kingdom was Alashar.

A magnificent and stunning city built in four circles on the slopes of a large green hill.

The citadel was on the top and two water springs located in the southern and eastern gate of the white city defensive walls.

In each gate huge marble statue's of female goodesses were on the left and right side.

They were usually queens and more recently priestess of the forgotten glorious past of the city.
Small white houses, impressive statue's and golden temples in many places of the lower city's is a characteristic image of the city this days.

But the most beautiful buildings is inside the highest levels of the city encircled by light blue stone walls.

There the palace and other high officials live and worked among many small and exotic in design gardens.

Small water springs emerged from everywhere there.

But in the political level changes started to appear.

Democratic ideas spreded and gained supporters among richs and poors people of the city.

Demonstrations in streets for the civil rights of all citizens were the main demand in this period of the Quinn's theocratic rule and the people started to question a very long period of matriarchy in the social and political life of the city.

Women of the aristocrasy or wealthy houses were the only citizens allowed to take political or religious positions high enought in the social hierarchy and men were assigned exclussivelly for the most dangerous and hard jobs. 

Men and boys dug in the mines for silver and red gold ,built the new palaces in the city and the roads in the Red Waste ,a desert around the capital.

 During war High Priestess , or eunuchs ,who had the favour of the Queen but with no actual combat experience ,had the highest ranks in the head of the army.

They decided for everything even if the majority of the soldiers were men and blammed the disfavour of the Goodess Astar if the things turned badly for their troops in battlefield.

Shabina a high and rich political official and also a merchant with cunning mind started to define the power of this ancient matriarchal monarchy for her own personal gains.

He created a secret organisation unlike any other with unknown and dark plan's.

The Hall of Secret Knowledge which was named was only to deceive the agents of the Quinn.

But one of his most secret desires except his main aim for more power was too marry her son with the beautiful Yamila who was the second child of Queen Zenobia II and princess of the realm.

Quinn Zenobia the III was a tall, dark haired, woman in appearance

She always wore the finest clothes and joules in her neck and hand's.

Her beautiful but stern face created more fear than joy to her citizens and her manners wasn't always good.
Mature, determined and hot tempered it was destined too rule,as she believed the kingdom with iron first and many who questioned her rule or she suspected that they plotted agaist her her, died with many horifick ways.

And she had the last gryphon egg in her kingdom.

She knew that if this egg hatched she would be accepted as one of the riders in the ancient Gryphons Order.

And then she could fight her enemies even more effective than before.

However her family relationships wasn't very good.

Quinn has three younger adults sister's and only one young boy Valerian who lived very shortly as expected.

It was not unusual for her to imprisoned her sisters for day's in the higher rooms of her tower's when they showed disobedience towards her.

Her younger sister Aziza was never seen again after an argument with her older sister about her future marrige and plans to abandon the capital.

Many said that she was still imprisonned in a dark cellar untill she became mad.

 In the end her sister eunuchs "suicide her"after humiliatted her and burned her body by secret orders of the Queen.

The Queen also made her own mercenary army in the city the Black Guards of the High Towers for her protection and law enforcement.

Their captain was Aethelwulf a barbaric northern warrior who was once warlord in the cold north ocean islands.

He always want a higher place in power and Quinn had promised him one of her sisters as her future wife.

And was not the first time that Queen used her sisters in this way.
