Ratchet: *coughs abruptly* 

Taylor: *looks up abruptly from the book she was reading in the human area* Hun? You okay?

Ratchet: *chokes* Y-Yes.. just go about your business, I will see you in a moment...

Taylor: Okay...? *goes back to reading*

Ratchet: *hissing in a low voice* WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU ASK THAT?!  *is literally shaking*

Ratchet: *pauses*

Ratchet: I'm not trying to convey that I don't.. that I don't love her. She's.. the best I could ask for. However, our relationship only started a little over six human months ago.. 

Ratchet: I feel like it's too early to begin thinking about.. being true sparkmates.

Ratchet: *looks away in embarrassment* I will not say that I haven't given it thought in the past, however...

Taylor: *looks up again* Is there an ask that I need to attend to?

Ratchet: *waves dismissively at her* No, I've got it covered. 

Taylor: *a little suspicious, but nods anyway*

Ratchet: *muttering* So, for the time being, I won't say anything about it.. I want her to be ready, so she'll tell me when she is.

Ratchet: That is all.
