Shot Description : Two unlikely souls meet at an unexpected night and gets to have an conversation where they reach an understanding that helps them move on from an uncertain future.

"Look at your daughter, we should have named her as Pari instead of Priya. Going in the middle of the night because some bride to be needs help at the last minute. Any other day it would have been fine but does she have to be selfless even today when her life is broken and her boyfriend of six years is getting married tomorrow to someone else" her mom's endless chatter was the last thing she heard before she got out of her house.

Priya was indeed heartbroken and working is the only thing that seems to help her keep her mind from wandering off to Yuvi and his betrayal. For six years Priya had trusted him and waited for him in hopes they would get married one day.

But he had chosen to marry someone he dated for less than six months because she had money and connections that could help him become just like Ram Kapoor .

Well Priya didn't see anything so great about Ram Kapoor either. He was insensitive and plain rude to her everytime they met. While his affections towards his mother is his only plus point and the fact he came to visit her for the sake of his friend.

But Priya knew he had already made up his mind about her. To him, Yuvi's version of the truth only mattered so she didn't answer his questions because in the end, he wouldn't believe her.

"You already made up your mind Mr Kapoor. You trust Yuvi and you aren't going to trust my answers. So please don't waste both of our times and leave. " Priya had told him when he visited because his questions felt like accusations.

But today Priya regrets her silence a little because atleast if she had told him the truth and let him make up his mind then she won't feel the guilt that Yuvi's future wife doesn't know the extent of his self-centeredness.

Priya isn't jealous of Alekha for marrying Yuvi. She is bit concerned that yet another person trusts him completely and she knows he would break her trust soon as well.

Priya trusted him too and look where that blind trust lead her to, being alone with a broken heart. But her lack of marriage or her ex boyfriends marriage isn't of any importance to her now. She got a bride to be waiting in need of her help, so she cannot wallow in her sadness.

It was with the small pep talk from herself Priya walked into her Dentistry to meet her patient.

"Hi, I am Dr Priya. Don't you worry, we will take a look at your teeth and see where the problem lies soon enough. Can you please take a seat " Priya asked her patient who had been waiting for her.

"You don't recognise me? " her patient asked instead.

"I am sorry. I don't recognise you. Do we know each other? Or you a famous person, an actress or model? I am sorry, I am mostly lost in books or at work " Priya asked the patient wondering if she was treating some sort of celebrity.

"I am Alekha, Yuvi's boss and fiancee. Yuvi told me that you broke up long time ago but you still didn't take the news of us dating well. I had assumed you would have atleast checked up on me in the internet" Alekha continued speaking and Priya would have found those statements from her to be rude if not for the nervousness in Alekha.

"No, I didn't check upon you in the internet and neither do I have any interest in your fiancee any more. I assume you are here to get assurance that I won't disrupt your wedding like my mom did for your engagement. Then I promise to keep my family in check tomorrow. It is a long night, you should get back to your wedding and I have to go back home to get my sleep" Priya answered back not unkindly but rather firm because she wasn't going to be dragged into this any longer.

"Ram told me that you refuse to answer any of his questions. I can understand that, no one would like to have their past questioned by stranger and I shouldn't have sent him in search of the answers either. But I was scared to find the answers on my own.

But now that I am getting married in few hours. I realise that was a cowardly thing to do and I don't think I can get married without those answers either. "Alekha spoke up and Priya wanted to ignore the uncertainty in her voice and walk away but she couldn't do so not when the women before her seemed like she desperately needed help.

" Look I didn't refuse to answer any questions. I just told your friend that he already made up his mind and hearing my version won't change his mind. He seem to trust Yuvi a lot and what about you, do you trust Yuvi a lot as well.

Look Alekha, since you came in search of me. I can answer your questions. But if you came here in search of me so that you can get the answers you want from me than I am sorry that won't happen. I am not going to say the answer you like to hear but the answers that is the truth.

So you still got time. You can either walk away even now. " Priya told Alekha because it was the truth.

Priya isn't going to lie to Alekha so she can feel better about Yuvi. Priya should have told the truth to Ram Kapoor as well but unlike Alekha, Ram Kapoor didn't need the answers from her but rather wanted answers that would help his friend get married to the man she loves.

"Priya, I won't ask about your past, I won't ask you if you are still in love with Yuvi, I won't ask when you broke up and all those questions because that is between you and him. It is your personal history. But I want to ask you just one question. Can I trust him?

People fall in and out of love for many reasons. It doesn't always have to be one person's fault but trust doesn't get lost easily. I don't know if Yuvi will fall out of love with me in the future just like he did with you, because it happens to all of us. But I do want to know if he would break my trust in the future.

From my childhood, I was blessed with everything I desired and wanted at life. So when I liked Yuvi and realised he was single and liked me back. It felt like a dream come true but I rather wake from this dream tonight with a little broken heart than years later with an heart that refuse to get mended back.

So please, answer me this one question. Can I trust Yuvi and get married to him tomorrow? " Alekha asked Priya almost pleadingly.

"If you had asked me this question on new years eve I would have said yes 100℅. Because I did say that to my sister who claimed that he was cheating on me by dancing with someone else at his office party. But I shut her up and claimed that I trust him wholeheartedly.

Yuvi broke that heart few days later into pieces. If he really fell out of love with me, I could have understood him. If he really fell in love with you, I could have understood that as well. But I don't think love has anything to do with his decision.

I regret trusting him for six years and waiting for him. I regret not telling your friend the truth and blaming him as the reason because he seem to trust Yuvi, his employee more than a complete stranger. How can I blame him for trusting Yuvi when I did the same for six whole years. I am sorry Alekha, you can't trust him. That is my answer. " Priya spoke up gently because she knew that she was breaking someone else heart today as well.

Alekha might not have loved Yuvi for years like her, but the tears that fell silently indicated her pain as well.

"I am sorry. Do you want me to call someone to come and get you. I don't think you can drive back alone in this state of mind" Priya spoke up when Alekha got up to leave with a whispered Thank you.

"Ram Kapoor. Call Ram Kapoor. Tell him, I need him and he will come immediately. I know you and him don't get on well because of my issues. But he is the only one I can trust at the moment to take care of everything including me.

Ram might have been foolish to trust Yuvi just like me but he is a trustworthy person that I can assure as his friend " Alekha answered back.

Priya had seen just that when Ram Kapoor came to pick up a crying Alekha from her dentistry fifteen minutes later. He was a supportive friend to Alekha and comforted her by assuring that he will take care of everything and she need not worry about anything.

Ram Kapoor even brought her a bottle of wine from his car that she promptly drank and began to get tipsy in the midst of her break down.

"Don't tell anyone anything Ram. I want Yuvi to get stood up at the mandap tomorrow. That would be my wedding prize for him. A person like him should get such a spectacular break up. It was for both of our heart breaks, me and Priya. Can we be friends Priya? " Alekha asked drunkenly that Priya had managed to nod her head in answer before Ram Kapoor took his friend out of her dentistry.

Back that night Priya would have never imagined Alekha would take the nod as confirmation of friendship. What Priya assumed as a drunken agreement became real as Alekha and Priya became close friends in short time frame.

Soon Priya did see the trustworthy side of Ram Kapoor in person as well when Yuvi threw a temper tantrum after his broken marriage and blamed her for it. It had been Ram Kapoor who came to her defense that day and helped her throw Yuvi out of her dentistry.

Priya also learned from Alekha that Ram fired Yuvi for his misbehaviour with her over the subsequent weeks after his supposed wedding.

"Ram didn't fire him for breaking my heart but he did fire him for you. Maybe he cares more about you " Alekha had teased her about it.

Ram's mom also loved playing match maker between Priya and Ram. Her family had began to praise him to the skies as well. But Priya knew nothing would come out of it because he was dating someone else and she was still not ready to move on.

But two years down the line, it did happen by chance. Ram had broken up with his girlfriend for few months and Priya was back on the dating world.

One of her random date from the dating site was him, they both at first laughed at the coincidence but by the end of the night they were willing to see where it goes and it did end up in an marriage this time around where Priya finally got married to a man who wasn't going to break her trust on him because as Alekha said he was indeed a trustworthy person and also someone who loved her as much as she loved him.
