Ashwin was sweating horribly and he could hear his heartbeat pacing really fast. He couldn't even breathe properly.

Ashwin was losing his patience.

Binni maa and krishnappa was sitting there in a composed state just like they didn't even bother ashwin's words.

Soon all others in the room except ashwin started laughing loud leaving ashwin puzzled.

By hearing ashwin's words they started laughing more.

Sivaangi turned her mobile and ashwin couldn't believe his eyes. His whole family...his father sister everyone was connected through a video call

"Engalkkellam already theriyum unga randuper pathiyum. Sivaangi than ashwinekku surprise pannanom nenache so ithe pathi pesa koodathunnu engal kitte sonne" binni maa patted his shoulder

"Iru di...unakku irukku" Ashwin stood up and started chasing sivaangi like he is least bothered about others sitting in the room

But her tiny steps were overshadowed by his giant steps.

He clutched her wrist swayed around and pinned her to the bedroom wall. Both were panting heavily and could hear each other's heartbeat due to the closeness.

"Ennadi sirichitte irukken. Naan paathen nee keezhe anga vizhunthu vizhunthu sirichittirikka?

"Ash..wi..ney appadi ella..m illa...na..an sum..ma" sivaangi stammered seeing the temperature around her room rise high with their proximity.

"Unne enna" he pulled her even more closer to seal the gap in between them but to his surprise sivaangi pecked his lips making ashwin loosen his hands over her and she ran away utilising this opportunity. She abruptly stopped and turned to him "yov neenga yellam 90's kid nan 2k's kid"

"Sivaangi nillu di unakku irukku. Eppoyavathu enn kitte vandhu maatippen. Appo paapom yaar 2k yaar 90s inu" he chuckled seeing his rowdy ran away from him blushing

Ashwin went down to see everyone's eyes towards him

"Yen da en marumakale ippadi kashtapedutharthu" devi ma pinched his arm

(Why are you troubling my daughter n law?)

"Aah...ouch en maa ippo unakku sivaangi than mukyam. Enne ellarum emathitenge athukku nan yaar kitta poyi complaint pannuven?

(So sivaangi is important for everyone. whom will i go and complaint?)

"En kitte vanthu complaint pannu bro enakkum ithukkum oru sambhandhavumilley" vinayak came in from his college earning a high five from ashwin

(I'm there bro)

"Paaru enakku vinayak irukku" ashwin was finally happy to have someone his side.

Approm jokes apart aunty uncle neenga ok thane? Naan unga ponne love panrathukku ungallku problem illa la?

"Engallku double ok...unne maathiri chamathu payyan enge kidakka povuthu. En ponne nee nalla paatha mattum podhum. Engalkku paripoorna sammadham" krishnappa gave an assuring pat on his back.

Ashwin couldn't be happier; he took both krishnappa and binni ma's blessings

"Engalkku athum theriyum kanna. Sivaangi un koode happya than iruppen" binni ma happily took ashwin's hands and placed in sivaangi's hand.

Both the family was happily chit chatting and was having a gala time. Meanwhile sivaangi and ashwin was stealing glances in between. Suddenly she felt his warm hands around her shoulder giving her butterflies in the stomach.

"Sivaangi...ennoda revenge is yet to be fulfilled...ne pappen yaaru 2k yaar 90s-uh" ashwin slowly gave feathered touch on her back making sivaangi shiver.

"Ashwiney...please ma enne mannichidu nan ithukku approm good girl ah iruppen. Promise!

Ashwin lost at his rowdy's cute pout

"Seri intha vaati unna summa vidren aana next time ethavthu panna avlo dhan there will be strict punishment against you. Puriyutha?

(Ok. I'm leaving you this time)

Sivaangi nodded her head in agreement just like how a student would stand in front of her teacher.

Ashwin smiled seeing his sivaangi's cute antics.

"Thankyou kadavule for everything" he touched his red thread out of gratitude towards the one who made this setting all possible. Ashwin felt genuinely happy and relieved after all these days.
