Sivaangi's home at thodupuzha was lit up with decorations and her cousins. She was enjoying every bit of her pre-wedding functions. Adorning a bottle green kurti with cigarette pants, she stretched her legs and hands as she felt her back paining for sitting in the same stiff position for almost one hour to complete her mehendi design. But all her tiredness took over at the chuckles, giggles and smiles all around her. Sivaangi was admiring at the AK written at the side of her palm.

Within 48 hours, her relationship status will turn to married. She could feel butterflies on her stomach at the mere thought of getting married to him. She felt excited, tensed and happy at the same time. She could feel thousands of emotions running through her mind. She moved to her bedroom to get a good sleep which she was longing for so long after all the rituals and tiredness. Just when she was about to call ashwin, her phone ringed indicating ashwin's call.

"Enna madam enna maranthutiya?" ashwin asked teasingly.

"Ethukku?" She suppressed her giggle

(Did you forget me?)

"Nan ivlo neram unne pathi nenachitirunthen theriyuma?" He huskily said

Sivaangi rolled her eyes listening to his excuse "Poi sollathey ashwiney enakku theriyum neengae jolly ah ps vilayaditiruppa?"

Ashwin sighed heavily "illa ma satyama I was missing you terribly"

"By the way, thanks for the gift"

"Oh! So you got your gift?" she said in between her giggles

"Yup and I loved it" ashwin said in assurance bringing a fond smile on her face

"Sir appo girlfriend koode happya irukkingala?" Sivaangi asked teasingly

(So you're happy with your girlfriend?)

"Pondattikku kovam varuthu ah?" he asked with a smirk as he leaned at the backrest of his bed.

(So you're feeling offended?)

"Just one more day manna athukku approm PS pathi sonna avlo than" sivaangi warned him.

(Just one more day to play with your ps)

"Appo madam ethukku PS gift pannen chumma parthuttu irukarthuka?" ashwin asked with a puppy face

(Then why did you buy ps for me?)

"Aama..." she chuckled

"Adi paavi" he said and she chuckled at his concern

"Seri saaptiya?

"Hmm neenga?"

"Yup?"

"Seri ashwiney tired ah irukku. Bye and see you soon" she said kissing her phone screen.

"Good night ma" he said as they end the call half heartedly hoping to see each other the next day.

Sivaangi after the conversation felt something different. She could feel many things are gonna change here after. She will have to adapt herself to a new place leaving her family and her purple room. Ashwin was already her home where but was she ready to get acclimate to the additional changes her life is gonna bring into in just one day? She was pestering her own mind as she stood near the window gazing at the crescent moon.

Binni maa entered the room to find sivaangi immersed in her own thoughts. She moved forward and placed her hand slowly on her shoulders bringing her back to senses.

"Ennachu sivu?" binni maa asked as she turned to her mom. A tear dropped from her eyes and she wiped it swiftly smiling at her mom.

"Amma kitte sollu da ennachu?" the concerned filled voice of her mom made sivaangi hug her mom tightly.

"Enakku ungale vittu poga vena maa" she said letting more tears drop down freely.

"Azhatha da" binni maa patted sivaangi's back "yaar sonna nee yengale vittu poren nu? Nee Chennai yil thane irukka poren athuku ethuku di ivlo drama podren?"

"Aama la" sivaangi realized parting their hug "aanalum ungalkku konjom kooda kashtama illa?" she asked sincerely even though she already knew her mother's answer.

"Ethukku di? Paavam ashwin, avana patha mattum than kashtamarkku" binni maa chuckled and sivaangi glared at her mom.

Binni maa placed a kiss on her forehead "nee happy ah ashwin koode vazhnthal pothum athu than engalkku happiness"

Sivaangi smiled fondly at her mom having a content smile knowing that her daughter is gonna be in safe hands. One part of binni maa was happy for sivaangi but the other side very well knew that she is gonna miss her daughter's chirpiness at their home.

"Ok. I have a condition" an evil giggle escaped her lips.

Binni maa narrowed her eyebrows "Ennadi condition ellam podren"

"My purple room belongs only to me"

"Athu unnoda swathu...pothuma?" binni maa said and sivaangi nodded her head happily.

The mother daughter duo had a delighted conversation which was overheard by her father who stood at the door step wiping his tears at the mere thought of his favourite child is gonna get married and move to another home in a span of two days.

Ashwin and sivaangi were seated on the centre of the hall for their sangeet function. They were twinning in an off white chikankari kurta and lehenga which was customized by anusha especially for them.

Soon the function began and sivaangi's cousin gang was the first to perform on adipoli. Ashwin and sivaangi was enjoying their performance. When sivaangi's portion came, ashwin lightly hold her hands and they shared a beautiful moment which turned out to be a stellar picture perfectly clicked by ashwin's personal photographer. Adipoli is like their first baby, their first project together hence it was more special to cherish.

With a wide grin sivaangi saw binni maa and krishnappa offering a beautiful carnatic rendition to the young couple. The guests were happily indulged into the divine feeling. Everyone applauded for the evergreen couple. Sivaangi was brimming with tears as she heard her parents wish for their oneness. As they looked upon the stage it was vinayak with the mike.

"Oru kutti surprise" vinayak said as a video played on the screen. It was a video of their journey from cwc to their engagement. Both of them were in tears as the video finished. They themselves couldn't believe their three years of life had so much of memories to be cherished. From sivaangi asking him "pudikkum nu sollunga" to ashwin confessing "nee en life la mukyam aana person" the magic and their admiration only enhanced their beautiful relationship.

"Akka and mams this is for you" vinayak said and sivaangi rushed to the stage hugging him as tears flowed from both of them. More than reminiscing their golden memories, she felt touched by vinayak calling her akka after so many years. It was an emotional moment for her.

"Innoru vaati akka nu koopdu da" sivaangi sincerely requested him.

"Golden words are not to be repeated" vinayak replied making sivaangi pout and everyone chuckled at the cute brother sister banters.

By then the spotlight was on ashwin and sivaangi and everyone cheered for them. They both got into the stage holding hands as they danced to sirikathey bringing the whole hall in a romantic mood. Ashwin swayed her lovingly and held her hands as she kept her hands on his chest. They blessed everyone's eyes with the elixir of their love. They were just a day apart to officially transpire as one heart, one destiny and one soul.
