Appearance: Silverpaw is a handsome silver gray tom with black leopard like spots and light blue eyes 

I can see him being like Crowfeather. (That's not a bad thing, I can just see him breaking lots of hearts cause he's handsome!)

Personality: He's a bit foolish sometimes. He can be quick to act and doesn't think much of the consequences of his decisions. Overall, he's kind and friendly and can become a bit defensive.

Awwwwww..... I like it. Perfect amount of flaws and good things!

Backstory: As an apprentice, he fell for a MidnightClan apprentice named Dawnpaw. After a couple of days, Dawnpaw doesn't show up and Silverpaw believes that she wants nothing to do with him. After that, he confesses what he's done to the Clan, they cast him aside but give him a second chance to make things better and he does.

Still a bit cliche, but it is good!
