Name: Paintpaw

I like this name! If she'd have lived, I would have called her Paintstreak.

Age: 9 moons

No problem with that age. 

Gender: She-cat

Most OCs are she-cats but I really don't care :/ 

Appearance: A blue-gray she-cat with blue eyes, a white underbelly, and white socks. Her ears are also tipped with white.

Aw! She sounds cute! But stay away from the blue-gray and blue eyes. Both of them are a little overused. 

Personality: She is sweet and charming, and is a very innocent cat. She can be sarcastic, and is defensive for those that she believes need it. Because of her innocence, this led her to believe every cat was good, which inevitably led her to her death.

Aww. She sounds perfect! 

Clan: ThunderClan (sorry, I know :T)

I have nothing aginst Thunder. They just hog all the prophecies! *glares at Firestar, Dovewing, and Jayfeather*  

Backstory: Paintpaw became apprentices along with her siblings, Logpaw(spark) and Midnightpaw(sky). Her mentor was Cougarstripe, a distant yet wise mentor who taught her the best he could. In a battle against ShadowClan, Paintpaw was accidentally killed by the ShadowClan leader, and Cougarstripe killed the ShadowClan leader in return for revenge. Paintpaw died that day and now walks StarClan. Cougarstripe mourned her loss, always having thought of her as a daughter in a way.

This is very good and origanal!  I only know of another story (Little Paw Steps) that the main charactor dies as in apprentice. *standing ovation*
