I really like this name.  Like, love it. 

Age: 13 moons

Isn't that kind of young to be deputy? Like, a well trained apprentice is like, 12 moons and he's deputy? What? He should be a warrior next moon.

Appearance: Huge muscly white and black tom with yellow eyes.

I can't see how Hawk- fits inn here....Like maybe change the black to brown? Or have the white to brown?

Personality: Hostile, feisty and fierce when meeting an unknown cat, very overprotective of Raintail. Is nice and funny when you get to know him. Not very likely to see him upset

I likes him. But maybe clarify a bit more, and/or maybe age him more? Like 20 moons or so? 

Overall, I give him a 7.4/10. He seems kind of underdeveloped, but that's okay.
