This is an okay ship. They know each other well, they get along. They have some okay banter.

But I don't see this happening, Tsunami left all her friends in a cell to spend time with her mom who wants her an a leash. Literally. And I know she didn't do this on purpose and she thought they'd be okay, but still.
And ima pull on someone else's argument for a diff ship, they're siblings. They banter and fight and act like siblings. There's no indication that either of them think that the other is a romantic option.
