Description: Talwyn's older cousin,Cedar is a researcher and specializes with creating and using crystal powered tech in missions.

Appearance: Bubblegum pink hair with hot pink streaks in a high ponytail,pink lipstick and dark brown skin

Backstory: Cedar is Talwyn's older cousin, her mother was Max Apogee's sister and a researcher who would at some point get married and get the last name 'Harmonic'. Like her mother, Cedar took a passion for researching at a young age and spend a lot of time playing with her cousin Talwyn while her mom and Max Apogee helped out eachother in their researches.

After Max Apogee disappeared, Cedar lost contact with her cousin and over time became a researcher, at some point she met Artamist, a Ryhowl who ran off from her home. Artamist revealed to Cedar about crystal powered tech which amazed her that she wanted to see it for herself and even constructed her own ship(although it wasn't very well built), during the arrival to Planet Timbera, Cedar's ship malfunctioned and crashed she was luckily rescued by Artamist's brother Valdis.

During her stay, Cedar learned fighting skills from Valdis and created crystal powered gadgets while being more closer to Valdis.

In "Beyond the Portals" Ratchet and Clank head to Planet Timbera to find Cedar in order to equip themselves with crystal tech, she would later join the Galactic Heroes alongside Valdis and Artamist.
