In a hospital at Planet Fastoon, Alister sat in the hallway his hands squeezing his head in a fierce nervousness, his face had worry all over it as he thought of one person well two persons...Kira and his baby.

'Please be alright Kira, please be alright Kira, please be alright...' "Alister" the white lombax got out of his thoughts when a voice caught him off guard, his best friend Kaden staring at him with concern but with a reassuring smile. "Kaden" he said feeling relieved to see his best friend and stood up hugging him.

"Nervous?" Alister stayed silent but his ears and eyes down with worry were enough to answer. "Don't worry Kira's tough she'll be ok" Kaden had his hands on Alister's shoulders he had on his usual confident smile and it reassured Alister that he stared back at his friend with a small smile his ears lifting up a little.

Then Alister's ears caught a sound and his eyes widen when he realized what it was...the sound of a baby. Kaden looked surpised too as both lombaxes stared at the door as it slide open and Lorna came out with her husband Andre the male looking excited "Congratulations Alister you got a girl!" He told him excited and Alister smiled big at this but before he could ask Lorna answered with a smile "and Kira's doing fine. She did a great job throughout the delivery".

Alister was so relieved and happy to hear it, Kaden put a hand on his shoulder "Well what are you waiting for? Go see your kid" Alister smiled at him as he walked into the room, as he got closer he could hear Kira and the baby "shush don't be in such a bad mood. Your gonna get to see daddy isn't that exciting" he smiled hearing that teasing voice.

Kira was on a bed in a soft green shirt with white pants and her hair all loose and messy from the delivery. "Oh look at you look at you" She said nuzzling her nose with her baby, her eyes spotted from the corner Alister. She beamed seeing him who felt the same thing as he sat down beside her, wrapping his arm around as she rested her head on his shoulder.

"You look like in a good mood. Worried much?" "Ha look at yourself. You look like a mess" Kira chuckled at this their teasing never changed. "You ok?" "Sore but fine. Ready to meet the baby?" Alister leaned closer as Kira moved the swaddle to see the face.

The baby lombax had fuzzy yellow fur and a small faded red stripe on her cheek which over time would start to bright enough soon, her eyes closed sleeping a little. Alister look awed from seeing the most cutest thing ever, his hand carefully and gently touched her cheek feeling the soft fur on her cheek. His hand stiffen as the little lombax stirred from her sleep her tiny mouth yawning and her eyes opened revealing big bright jade green eyes full of curiosity.

Kira giggled from her husband's reaction at their newborn his face was priceless. Next thing Alister knew was the little baby being placed in his arms by Kira "Kira no! What are you-" He whispered panic "if you can handle fierce enemies, then you can hold a baby" she told him with a smirk. Alister was scared he might drop the baby or make her cry.

The small one's eyes scanned around curiously until it landed on her father, Alister stared back and they looked at eachother for a while. Then, the baby lombax rested her head on his chest and snuggled in it smiling. Alister's worry melted as he felt touched by her cute nature, he smiled sweetly at her and so happy to be a father.

Alister brought her up to touch her forehead with his, he pulled Kira closer kissing her forehead "see you got this" she whispered to him knowing one hundred percent he would make a great dad. "So I guess since it's a girl we can finally pick her name" they stared at eachother smiling because while the two picked two names for a different gender.

"Lyla Azimuth" they both said together, a little surprised from that one but they chuckled about as Kira rested her head on Alister tired from the delivery...both of them ready for their new mission: being parents.
