Ever had one of those moments where you can't move and your mind is the only thing that's working? Well, seemed Applejack was like that today. She was traumatized for what happen on Friday night.
Seeing Rarity covered in blood and growling like a crazy animal scared. It was like, he wasn't human at all. She wonder in her head if she was shot or ran over. It looked like mostly those two things.
Luckily her moments of silent were gone when she saw Rainbow Dash walked towards her and said "Hey Applejack."
"Hey." She didn't looked up. Se was still thinking.
"Everything okay?"
She took a long moment of silence again and finally looked at her friend. "Rainbow, Rarity got hurt on Friday. She was covered in blood and was sounding like an animal and..." she didn't know what else to say.
Rainbow looked at her as if she was crazy. "Um... you sure about that?"
"Of course I am. Why-"
"Hello ladies."
They both turned and saw the fashionista. She was perfectly fine. No blood, no freaky bloody teeth, no growling cry of an animal. She looked like her old self.
Applejack couldn't believe it. "You're alright?"
"Yes. Why wouldn't I?" She said sitting next to Applejack. They are biology partners.
"Well, I'm going to sit with Soarin." Rainbow said.
"Oooooh." Rarity smirked.
"Shut it." She walked off to the back.
Rarity watched her sit with Soarin and look real happy. "I think they would be a good pair. I can tell she likes him."
Applejack still stared at Rarity in shock that she wasn't in pain or anything. Was that a dream she had?
Rarity looked at Applejack and saw her staring. "What?"
"Nothing." She finally spoke. "Its just, on Friday night you were literally bleeding to death. And you made this cry of a crazy animal spit this nasty-"
"You need to stop believing in your dreams Applejack." Rarity interrupted. "Cause they're going to cause you to go nuts like you are right now."
Rarity sounded pretty rude right. And Applejack knew it wasn't a dream. That entire night after Rarity left, she had to clean up the black tar and she was actually crying her eyes out.
"I knew it was real." She muttered to herself.
"You need to stop talking to yourself darling." Rarity said. "You sound like those annoying lesbos."
Applejack showed Rarity her fingernails. They looked pretty bad. They looked as it she was cutting a pig out and it got to her nails.
Rarity laughed. "You need to stop working in the fields. You're gonna need a manicure."
'She doesn't even care?' Applejack thought.
She put her fingers away when their biology teacher miss Cheerliee came in. She did not look happy. Not angry. Mostly sad.
The students waited for her to speak. All she said was this. "Today, is a dark day everyone. As you know, the amazing Colts Club has been burned out and many people have died in it for a mystery. We lost a few our students. Mostly DJ-Pon and Sunset Shimmer. DJ-Pon was found in the burnt of Colts Club, but Sunset Shimmer, was found in the woods."
'In the woods?'
"I thought she died in the fire." Soarin whispered to Rainbow.
"I thought she did." She whispered. "We never saw her when we left."
"What was she like when she was found?" Trixie asked.
"She was tear open. Limb from limb. It was horrifying to look at the new this morning."
Someone was giggling. Barley anyone could hear it. The only who heard it was Applejack.
Who could possibly be laughing about this?
She turned and realized it was Rarity that was giggling. She gave her a face but she didn't care. She looked back as miss Cheerliee continued to speak.
"This creature, is a beast ad showed be destroy at all costs. We cannot let that fighter win."
"They already won."
Applejack looked at Rarity. She couldn't believe she whispered that. What is the matter with her?
She's never this mean or secretive.
"So kids, hope you all have a good sleep, cause I won't, and.. rest in peace DJ-Pon, and Sunset Shimmer." She then realized a student was crying.
It was on the first table on the right side of the classroom. Bulk Biceps was crying his eyes out. Flash Sentry did everything he can to keep him calm. He felt pretty bad for Bulk. He was close with Sunset Shimmer after her change at Canterlot High. She was his best friend.
Flash wrapped his arm around Bulk to comfort him. Miss Cheerliee gave him a tissue to blow his nose.
Poor guy. If you've never seen a boy cry, you would too.
Instead of feeling sorry for him like everyone else, Rarity just licked her lips as she stared at the muscular boy.
