After a few days of preparation, Raptor Machina's now heading to enact their first fight here. Their target was the Midway Islands, which wouldn't just prove beneficial, but deal a much major blow to Azur Lane than any random small base or port. Beneath the ocean, Bird's new Hygogg headed towards their intended target, accompanied by two Acguys piloted by Angel Blood and Aldia, with the latter currently inhabiting a interchangeable core connected to the Mobile Suit.

Bird: "Here's the plan. Aldia will first disable their base's electricity to prevent any backup whatsoever. Me and Angel Blood will cause as much chaos as possible to chase them off and maybe kill any stubborn survivors. Our Thunder Kite pilots will also assist in the operations."

Angel Blood: "..Got it."

Aldia: "Very well then! I'll meet up with you once I'm done."

Aldia separated from the group afterwards, immediately searching for the generator of Azur Lane's Base. After navigating through large rocks and whatnot underwater, Aldia saw that the only line of defense was simply just naval mines. Yes, just naval mines. They must be too confident of themselves.

Swimming gracefully past the mines, Aldia's Acguy surfaces at the base. He saw explosions in the distance, meaning Bird and Angel Blood are already keeping them busy. Not wasting any more time, he swung one of the arms at the location of the generator, cutting off all electricity and thus preventing any reinforcements.

Aldia: (chuckles) "There we go.."

After completing his part of the plan, his Acguy immediately went towards the ocean and dove once again, heading towards the others. Meanwhile at the battlefield, the shipgirls were caught off-guard by the Mobile Suits, and the skills of their pilots made the battle not in their favor. Bird's custom Hygogg fired it's mega particle cannon upon the shipgirls defending the port, causing damage and keeping them at bay.

Amongst the shipgirls was Elena, being protected by Laffey and Javelin. The battle made her all confused, as she didn't understand conflict that much yet.

Elena: "Why are they attacking us? Did we do something wrong?"

Javelin: "I I don't know, okay?! I'm scared.."

As the two continued to try and lead her out of the battlefield, all three saw a squadron of unidentified aircraft flying overhead. These were Raptor Machina's newest aircraft: the SF-15 "Blue Seal" Scout Fighters.

Laffey: "..Hey Javelin. What are those?"

Javelin: "E-Eh, are those?"

The squadron immediately flew right past them, marking multiple spots for other aircraft to bomb. Seeing this, Elena immediately thought about Enterprise. Throughout her days here, she has bonded with the Grey Ghost the most, and it seems she's getting concerned for her.

Elena: "..Could Enterprise be-?"

Laffey: "I'm sure she will manage.."

Javelin: "Y-Yeah, what Laffey said!"

However, Elena was not convinced. She immediately freed herself from their grasp and ran towards the battle. Javelin immediately followed after her.

Javelin: "What are you doing?!"

But the cyborg didn't talk back. Then something located in her chest began to glow, forming something that began to encase her. Pieces of metal and technology slowly formed a humanoid shape around Elena, something that shocked Javelin. Eventually, Elena fully transformed into her first Robot Suit, charging towards the Mobile Suits.

Meanwhile with Bird, Aldia and Angel Blood, things were going smoothly for them. The shipgirl's riggings are able to pierce through their Hygogg and Acguys, but it seems that they weren't prepared for such an enemy, which Aldia noticed through the lack of morale among them and their "tactics" revolving around throwing anything until it hits them.

As they continued attacking, the Kan-sen only fell further into disarray. One of these shipgirls, Montiplier, could be seen firing at Angel Blood and his Acguy to to try and take him down.

Montiplier: "I-I can do this!.."

One of her shots miraculously landed on its right arm, bringing her a sense of joy now that she realized they weren't invincible. However, it was short lived once she saw that it only tore off a single pierce of its armor, which was only a minor inconvenience for Angel Blood. Aiming his particle mega cannon at her, Montiplier froze in fear, only for Elena in her Robot Suit to quickly tackle him.

Angel Blood: "What the?!"

Bird turned around to see his friend attacked by the mech, grabbing its mega particle cannon in place. With this turn of events, he decided to hatch a new counter-measure, and asked Aldia to call their aircraft ASAP and bombard the mech.

Aldia: "..Affirmative, Bird."

Bird: "Thanks, Aldia."

The mono-eye then moved to face Elena. Bird's Hygogg immediately ran forward before it went in to try and hit Elena with its claws. However, she used the jet packs under her mech's feet to dodge with a short burst, gaining some distance between her and bird.

Elena: "I do not know who you are, but you are not getting any closer."

Bird: "Eh, that's debatable y'know."

With Thunder Kites closing in, his custom Hygogg pointed it's right hand at Elena Twori, it's mono-eye glowing ominously while he did.
