In a small town called Toon Land , A beautiful female anthro. Bunny named Francine Cottontail ( AKA , Fanny ) who works real hard as a nurse .

At the age of 12 , Fanny fell in love with Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and he too fell in love with her. They were a couple for a long time. Since she dates the famous rabbit , she gained popularity . Blinded by fame and attention by everyone , she turned from a kind passionate bunny to a snobby , selfish , vain one .By the time she turned 16 , a new girl , in town named Ortensia the Cat who's really sweet & kind with everyone. That's when things went downhill : Oswald fell in love with Ortensia , leading to Fanny extremely envious .

Fanny tried many ways to make Ortensia get out of town , to no avail. Until one day , she pulled a prank on the innocent cat and poured a bucket of an ugly shade of green paint on her , obviously humiliating her . Oswald witnesses this and is disgusted . That night , after realizing what his sweet little bunny turned into something cruel and heartless , he dumps her and gets together with Ortensia.

Rejected and disheartened , she runs home in tears. Realizing Oswald's no longer worth it , she's over him and moved on with her life and hadn't lost hope. When she turned 23 , she began working as a nurse and gained new and found popularity with friends , patients , doctors , fellow nurses , etc. She befriended a kind and bubbly female yellow budgie named Dovil Feathertin. In late June , by the time she turned 24, she met and fell for a black furred male muscular wolf named Brute . To her , he was the man of her dreams : Strong , handsome-- perfect . Nothing else.

It felt like true love at first sight from a fairytale. Two months later , he proposes to her and she accepts as the following week , they're finally married.

Everything was perfect and dandy. But Fanny didn't know , that the tables have turned for her and her marriage .

Present Time.....

2 years later , the couple have been living together in a big house . It looked nice from the outside , bit the inside was cheap looking and rundown. The 1st 5 months was well , being married to each other. But as the 6th month passed , everything turned sour .

No thanks to Brute drinking and smoking . In routine , he drinks like 3 boozes per hour , and three packs of cigarettes a day. Which , the main reason , is why the place looked horrendous . Fanny truly despised it. It was appalling .

Currently , Fanny came home from work and entered her shitty house and shuts the door. She goes upstairs and changes from her nurse uniform to her regular clothes :

Tonight was a girls' night out with her best friend, Dovil. She usually goes out with her friends to avoid the wrath of her husband. She applies new lavender eyeshadow which matches the flowers on her skirt. She applied on clear lipgloss and slips on her white high heels . She grabs her small white pocketbook and keys before heading out of her room , downstairs , and outside to meet up with her budgie friend.

Now 8:24 pm....

After their fun night out , Fanny and Dovil giggled and chuckled on the way home.

Dovil- Man , that was so much fun !

Fanny - ( laughs ) Tell me about it ! Did you see the look on his face ? That was priceless !

Dovil- ( wipes tear from her eye ) Very.

Then they made it to Fanny's house. Fanny walks onto the porch , and turns to wave at her friend .

Dovil- See you tomorrow , sweetheart !

Fanny- ( smiles ) Bye.

Fanny opens the door and walks in to see her husband scowling at her.

Fanny- ( subtly scared ) H-hi honey.

Brute- Don't you "Honey" me ! Why haven't you made dinner yet ?! I'm starving !

Fanny- Brutes , calm down. I forgot to make dinner , alright ? I'll go make it right no-- !

Before she could leave , Brute grabs onto her upper arm and roughly pulls her back to him . Making her yelp.

Brute- You ain't going anywhere , this minute ! You can't just go off having gun with that slutty bird friend of yours without telling me !

Fanny's purple eyes squint from the squeezing pain on her arm.

Brute- Look at me when I'm talking to you , ya bitch !

He uses his other hand to grab Fanny's face to makes her face him.

Brute- I'm hungry and thirsty so you better make my meal ASAP ! Okay ?

Fanny didn't respond . Angered , his hand tightly squeezes her cheeks painfully , causing her to whimper .

Brute- I said , "Okay ?!"

Can't no longer take the pain , she frantically shakes her head and struggles to get out of her wolf husband's grasp.

Fanny- Okay Okay ! Please let me go !

Satisfied , Brute pushes her forcefully onto the ground and she landed with a thud .

Fanny- Aah !

Brute- Now , get up and get going ! I'll be hanging out with some of my buddies at the bar.

Brute notices his rabbit wife wincing from the pain and scoffs .

Brute- Aw , get up ! You're not dying ! Useless bitch.

With that said , he exits the house . Hearing his footsteps fade away , Fanny gently rubs her aching arm and gets back up and heads into the kitchen to make his dinner.

After she was finally done she puts it in the microwave just in case it gets cold and heads into her room. As she was halfway up the stairs , she heard her phone beep. She takes her phone out of her pocket and sees a message from Brute.

Brute : Yo Bitch ! My food better be ready when I get home or there will be fucking consequences !

Out of nowhere , the poor bunny bursts into tears and runs to her room and sobs onto her bed. She didn't care about her makeup getting ruined at the moment . She could not believe she married the wrong guy. Brute was nothing but a selfish , aggressive , abusive wolf of a husband ! He would always beat her for stupid reasons.

Like that one time , when she didn't Heat up the food for him and got all "sassy" with him , he pulled her by the ears and slams her eye first onto a table , causing her to bleed and have a swollen black eye that she hid with a pair of sunglasses. So many pointless reasons for her being abused. He hurt her physically , emotionally , and verbally. How could he do all of this to his wife ?! HIS WIFE !!!!

Fanny has now officially had it . She goes to her closet and grabs out a fancy wisteria duffle bag and sets it on her bed. She takes off her high heels and strips herself from all of her clothing but her undergarments . she takes out her planned outfit and puts it on before fixing her messed up make up and brushes her bangs and loppy ears.

She zips open her duffle bag and shoves all of her stuff in there without organizing : Her clothes , her necessities , her jewelry, her phone , her charger , everything before zipping the bag back up . She grabs two thick wads of cash ( probably 2,000 dollars or something )Now all done and ready to go , she heads downstairs and walks out the door. Finally , wanting to be free for a huge while. She could've filed a divorce but Brute would blackmail her anyway to get her under his control. But not anymore ! She's a free woman now !

She doesn't know where she's going but she'll know how to decide when she reaches the train station.

As she made it there q, she began looking for a state to move into. There was :

Trenton , NJ

Philadelphia , Pennsylvania

Connecticut

And-- Ooh ! Some certain state caught her eye . It was New York. She heard many things about New York. There was a green lady called the Statue of Liberty , an Empire State Building , Broadway , and she heard some weird things were going on there. But she shrugs it off and made her decision before walking up to the booth toon. He was a red fox with green eyes.

Male Fox- Can I help you today , Fine Miss ?

Fanny- Um , yes. I like to take a train to New York.

Male Fox- Okay. That'll be 95 bucks , miss .

Without being told twice , she takes out 95 dollars and puts it in front of him. He gladly takes it .

Male Fox- Okay. Just wait there and it'll be here around 9:30 , ma'am.

Fanny- Thanks.

She walks over to a nearby empty bench and sets her luggage down beside her , waiting for the train to arrive.

1 hour passed and Fanny was nearly asleep until she heard the train whistle from the distance.

Fanny- Huh ?

She heard it again and stretches. She looks at the tracks to see a light that seems 10 seconds away. Fanny knew it was her ride ; So she got all her stuff ready and straightened her ears out as it stopped right in front of her.

Conductor- All aboard !

With no hesitation , she steps into the train and sits at a big seat up st the front . It took like a minute for all the passengers to enter and take their seats ; The train began to move to it's destination. Fanny takes one more look at Toon Land before snuggling on on the seat with her bag; Getting into comfortable position. Moments later , the female bunny's eyelids started to feel heavy. Real heavy. She tries to flutter them open but ends up closing them , falling asleep.
