I mentioned about a week ago that I was thinking of changing my major/minor (not in this book, but on my profile), and I never really mentioned it after that.  I figured that maybe you guys would like to know?

So, originally, I was a social studies major with minors in teaching and learning + theatre.  I talked to my advisor on Friday, and I am now a history major and an English minor.

I've realized that teaching is not what I want to do. But as someone who always envisioned herself as a teacher, I have absolutely no idea what I do want to do.  Since the social studies major required a bunch of history courses, I decided to stick with history (because I still find it super interesting + I learn something new in every class I take).

If I ever figure out what the heck I want to do with my life, I'll let you all know.  Until then, I'm just a college student getting a degree in history.
