Hey!  So, islasdawn asked me to predict who I think will be in the women's Royal Rumble in 2019 (I don't know when I'm publishing this, so I don't know if I should say this year or next year lol).

(Oh, hey, btw these aren't predictions for the whole show, JUST the women's Rumble. When it gets closer to this PPV, I will post predictions for everything)

I am gonna try my best.

First things first, I'm assuming that every woman on the main roster will be in it, not counting Asuka and Ronda Rousey, the current champions.

8. Nia Jax

16. Charlotte Flair

18. Mandy Rose

20. Peyton Royce

So that is 22 just on the main roster.  I'm not including Alexa Bliss because I'm super unsure of if she's cleared to wrestle or not, and I kinda like her as an authority figure instead of actually wrestling - she's already had a Hall of Fame career after being on the main roster just 2 years.

Anyway, not the point.

I also didn't include Maryse or Maria Kanellis because neither of them are full-time wrestlers, and Maryse isn't even really a full-time manager.

Assuming Nikki Cross and Lacey Evans will have debuted by the Rumble, that makes 23.

This leaves 7 spots.

With the re-introduction of women's tag titles, I'm thinking we'll see Lita and Trish Stratus in this year's Rumble, and that they'll be a team that'll contend for the titles.  I don't really know how they're determining the first champions, but if it's with a tournament, I think we'll be seeing Team Bestie.

That brings it to 25.

I also think we'll be seeing some people from NXT.  I'm pretty confident we'll see Shayna Baszler (NXT Women's Champion).  Up to 26 now.

Okay, so NXT UK spoilers are coming up.

The NXT UK Women's title match in Blackpool is going to be Rhea Ripley (the champion) vs. Toni Storm.  As much as I love Rhea, I feel like Toni is beating her for it. :(

So, with that said, I think we'll see Rhea in the Rumble, representing NXT UK.  And I also think Io Shirai will be in it, too, representing NXT, as well as the Mae Young Classic, having made it to the finals.  Now we're at 28.

I think one of the Bellas will be in it, and I'm hoping it's Nikki solely because I really don't want to see Brie.  So Nikki Bella brings it up to 29.  If they want to, Brie can show up (but not actually be in the Rumble) to help Nikki eliminate someone, and they can also be contenders for the tag belts.

And finally, I think number 30 (not entrant 30, just my last pick lol) will be Beth Phoenix.  Again, I can totally see her and Natalya bringing back the Divas of Doom for the tag titles, and Beth was one of the women in last year's that looked like she hadn't missed a step.

Okay but!  Personally, for me, Nikki Bella and Beth Phoenix are kinda wild cards.  I'm not 100% sure on either of them, and no one in this Rumble is truly a "surprise."  The men usually get at least one, so I hope the women do too.

If I had to pick some surprise entrants, they would be AJ Lee (the least likely of everybody I'm about to name), Layla, Eve Torres, and Chelsea Green (of the most recent signings, she's the one who will probably be recognized the most; however, she should probably debut in NXT shortly after this).

Anyway, besides Carmella (who is number 30), I have no predictions on when anyone is coming out.

My prediction for the winner is Becky Lynch.  I think Charlotte is gonna go to Raw at some point, during a Superstar Shakeup, and she'll be the number one contender for Ronda's title, then Becky decides to challenge Ronda too, and we'll get a triple threat at Mania.

I think the reason Becky would challenge Ronda and not Asuka (the champion on her brand) is because she's already faced Asuka before, and she still wants to get her hands on Ronda, which she didn't get to do at Survivor Series.  I can also see her wanting to steal Charlotte's spotlight just because she can.

I can see it being a thing where the NXT Women's Champion automatically gets to be in the Rumble every year.  Ember Moon last year, Shayna Baszler this year.

I'm thinking that Carmella coming out at 30 will be a comedy spot where R-Truth tries coming out, and she has to stop him.  It'll be great.

I just got REAL sad thinking about how Paige will never get to be in a Rumble. :( I think she was supposed to be in last year's, but she got injured, and they had to pull her out of it.  I don't even know if she'll get to be on the show this year.

Anyway, I can't think of anything I need to add, so I'm done here.  I feel like WWE is gonna have to start asking new legends to start coming back because I'm getting real tired of seeing Kelly Kelly and everybody else at every show.  The Rumble, then Evolution.  They literally still have women on the roster right now who were part of the Divas era.  Just let Maryse or Maria wrestle lmao
