I love Tye Dillinger. I love him with all my heart.

There's a chapter somewhere in this book where I gave some thoughts on my first time watching NXT. Tye was someone I really liked.

He's absolutely one of my favorite wrestlers right now.

So, with that said...

WWE, why hasn't this man held a title?

He was in developmental for so long that you'd think he would have been NXT Champion at some point. But nope.

This man has worked so hard to get to where he is (the main roster) and WWE is completely misusing him.

I was hoping that before he got called up that he'd get to be NXT Champion. I totally consider him a staple of NXT. He's proof that NXT works, even if you're not an indie guy.

When he was in the Royal Rumble this year... my god, I was freaking out. I figured that either he wouldn't be in it, or they would swerve us by having him come out at 9 or 11. But he came out at 10 and GOT SUCH A LOUD REACTION I LOVED IT.

Then he stayed in NXT. I was okay with that. I totally thought that maybe they'd give him the title. If they didn't plan on doing that, why keep him in NXT?

Nope. He feuded with Sanity, and was not given a title shot.

But then he was called up. With all the call-ups after Mania, his was my favorite. I had the biggest smile on my face when he interrupted Curt Hawkins. My man was on the main roster.

He hasn't done anything. He's faced Aiden English. That's really it.

My man deserves a title. He could've been in the MITB match, made it 7 men instead of 6. He would've fit in so well.

But no. They called him up, and he's doing nothing.

Last week on SDLive, Kevin Owens did that Open Challenge. I so wanted Tye to come out. Even if he didn't win the title, he would've been on TV in a title match.

For every successful NXT call-up, there are always the ones who get pushed aside for bigger stars. I don't want that to happen to Tye. He's worked his whole life for this, and he deserves a title.

After The Miz won his IC title, he said that the "you deserve it" chants would mean something if they didn't chant any time someone won a title.

I'm a bit over those chants, but I would scream those three words if Tye won a title, whether it be the US or World.

I don't know why they called him up if they had no plans for him. He could still be in NXT right now, facing Bobby Roode for the NXT Championship (and winning). Their match at NXT Takeover: Toronto was absolutely amazing. We know these two have chemistry together. So why can't this happen?

I'm gonna end this, but WWE? Please, I'm begging you, give Tye a match, or even a feud.
