Hate Pages (PART TWO)

I wrote a chapter when I first started this book about hate pages.  It's really short and fairly basic, as it's not about any specific people.

This chapter is about a certain account here on Wattpad that I won't be tagging. (If all of this sounds familiar, you probably know who it is.  If you don't, feel free to message me and I'll direct you to both the hate page and the writer.)

She (I'm assuming it's a girl for the sake of pronouns) is trying to get a fellow WWE writer to leave Wattpad for the following reasons:

1.) This writer apparently hated on Eva Marie, and this person is a huge fan of Eva who doesn't like people having different opinions than her.
2.) This writer put a story on hold, and this person "really liked the story."
3.) This writer got into an argument with her friend.
4.) This person behind the hate page is just someone with no life who has nothing better to do than make someone's life suck.

(I can only assume number 4, but the rest are true.)

I find people who run hate pages to be dumb.  They are obviously so bored that they think it's cool/fun to make fun of someone and make them hate themselves.

First of all, just because someone doesn't like your favorite Superstar/Diva doesn't make them some horrible person.  It means they have an opinion, and having an opinion makes you human.  There are people who hate Seth Rollins (who I love), but I don't go around getting mad at them.  I, as a human being with basic intelligence, know that they have their opinions and I have mine.

Second of all, writers put stories on hold all the time for a number of reasons.  Maybe they had writer's block or just no inspiration to write the story.  Maybe they are improving it, fixing grammar and spelling mistakes.  Maybe they got no feedback on it and felt that no one was reading it, so they're going to try again at a later date. (This person said they loved this person's story, but apparently never commented or voted on it.)

Third of all, I get that you want to defend your friend.  But, like I said, your friend and this writer probably had differing opinions, but were unable to settle their differences.  Unless you were directly involved in this argument, you have no reason to even be mad at this writer.  She did nothing to you.  You have no right to make her life "a living hell."

If you can't handle the fact that people are going to think differently than you, and that stories are being put on hold (or even abandoned) all the time, you probably shouldn't have a Wattpad account.  You should probably wait until you're actually old enough to be on here (physically and mentally).

I absolutely despise people who have hate pages, and I have no respect for them or anyone who supports them.

I will congratulate you for getting 100 comments on a chapter of the book you wrote. (The congratulations is directed toward everyone who commented, especially since it was their goal to do it the second time.) I can't even get 100 comments on a story, let alone a chapter.  I'm glad that most of the comments were defending the writer, and not supporting the person behind the hate page.

If, for whatever reason, I have ever made you mad at any point, or you think I'm wrong about something (like a fact, not an opinion), please let me know!  I hate when people are angry, and I will try my best to fix whatever has happened between us.  If you don't tell me, I won't know!

If you ever come across a hate page, please make sure to report it!  If Wattpad doesn't automatically block the page, you can continue commenting on it.  And make sure to let other people know, so they can report it, too!  We WWE writers & fans need to stick together.
