Recently I've realised the funniest things often happen when you're watching TV.

Me and my dad are sorta obsessed with this drama, Jane the Virgin. It's really funny

Aaand we found out a main character was adopted (classic twist, but still amazing)

But he reminded me that I was still a (insert surname here), because he pretends he thinks I'm occasionally convinced the events on TV happen in reality (which I'm not. Twd used to make me jumpy tho, still does a little)

And I said I know. He asked how, and I reminded him of the simple fact he's my father.

He claimed I said it like in star wars, and I reminded him he says that about everything with someone saying someone is their dad.

I also pointed out he doesn't even remember the movies well, and refuses to re watch them with me. It's been YEARS for him, and his movie memory is bad.

Anywho, he asked what movies I meant. I said star wars, and he acted surprised that there were movies, not just figurines and merchandise

He was kidding, but still. Funny af in person, and it made me laugh so I wanted to put it out there
