Part 2! Let's Go! I will be talking about the characters! I'm gonna list them in order from favorites. Not to least favorite. Well. Idk! Let's go!

Warning; Huge Spoilers

This is Kairi. She is child. And I shall protect her. No harm must come to her. I will cut someone should she be harmed.

A lot of people don't like Kairi for this simple reason. She is a damsel in distress almost 24/7. I will not deny this. But she does state in the series how much she wants to help but doesn't know how. Considering the fact that at the time she was the only character who couldn't fight.

I do believe very deeply that she can fight back should she chose too. She has fought back once. But it was in one cutscene. She has tried to protect her friends and almost gotten hurt in the process. She prevented Sora, the protagonist from almost getting killed in the first game.

When you really think about it. There are simple reason as too why she didn't fight back, wouldn't, and couldn't.

Simple answer first. She didn't have a Keyblade to defeat the Heartless which are the... Enemies? In the game. Thus she could not harm them in anyway what so ever. Considering the fact that she had lost her memories of Sora shortly after the first game, it makes sense as too why she never went looking for him. That and there was no way to leave her world.

When Sora had turned into a Heartless. Kairi did her best to protect him when a swarm of the Heartless were about to attack them. Almost getting hurt in the process.

But I will not deny she can be a damsel in distress. She was once trapped in a cage with the bars so big and spread apart she could have easily slipped out but choose not to. She has only killed 2 Heartless.

I would list another time when she was attacked by Unversed. Another enemy in Birth By Sleep. But in her defense, she was fucking 4 years old and everyone had been living in peace until then.

But after Namine saved Kairi from the cage in Kingdom Heart II, she tried to do everything within her power to find Sora and Riku. She knew immediately who was good and bad. She knew she could trust Namine. And she knew who Riku was the second she saw his desguised.... Well after Namine called him out that is.

Kairi tries her best to help the others fight back, but considering the fact that Sora and Riku already had Keyblades for over a year and Kairi had only just gotten one not even 5 minutes earlier. She couldn't really help that much.

In the end Kairi, Sora, and Riku return to the island, their home, at the end of Kingdom Hearts II. Until Sora and Riku leave again for a test.

Kairi soon joins them, minus Sora. Not for the test but for training. She trains with another character named Lea(who is a boy) and will hopefully be a full on badass in Kingdom Hearts 3.

Kairi is a Princess of Heart. Meaning she has a pure heart. And is why when she lost her heart is the reason she didn't become a heartless. When you lose you heart you become a heartless. But because Kairi has such a pure heart and no darkness in it, she never turned into a Heartless. Rather, her heart hid inside Sora's heart. And because she had such a strong heart. A Nobody was created. Which bring us to Namine.

This is Namine. My other child.

I'm gonna say this bluntly. Namine is Kairi's nobody. You could say she is technically Kairi but at the same time is not. Namine was never meant to exist.

Namine has powers. She has the power to change Sora's memories and those around him. Which is how Kairi forgot Sora.

Namine did not erase Sora's memories by choice. So before you start calling things let me explain.

Namine was "born" in Castle Oblivion. At least I think she was. Organization XII Which is a group of Nobodies like her, had told her they would not let her out of the castle unless she did what they said and that was, to erase Sora's memories of Kairi and have everyone forget about Sora minus Donald and Goofy. Don't ask why they're in this it's a ducking Disney game Kay?

And Namine could not escape or sneak out. As of the time. She had a pretty small body and seemed to be pretty weak when it came to her body.

Not to mention, I have the manga of Re:Chain of memories. And in both the game and manga, it seems like the second she's alone another member of Organization XII appears.

Long story short Axel. An Organization XII member betrays them and let's Namine try to save Sora. I wanna say possibly because his best friend Roxas was Sora's Nobody and something would've happened to Roxas if their plans with Sora succeeded.

Namine is able to stop Sora talking to a fake Namine who was gonna lure him in I think? I need to re-fresh my memory soon. And is able to get him to remember Kairi. But not her name.

She is then able to tell him that she is not the person he is looking for and is not the person most special to him. And that Kairi is. But a fake Riku interrupts them.

It is optional to watch the cutscene. You don't have to unless you want a hopefully easier explanation. Highly doubt it tho.

Namine at times can also not be a damsel in distress. When Sora is injured and can't fight Larxene, Namine tries her best to protect him. Despite all the things she has done to him. Unlike the other Nobodies she is one of the few Nobodies that knows what's the right thing to do and wants to do it.

But her actions in protecting him fail as while she is trying to protect him she gets injured.

Namine puts Sora, Donald, and Goofy to sleep in these little pods so she can restore their memories. However, something happenes and it takes her a full year to complete the process.

Namine then meets Roxas. Sora's Nobody. Long story short. A bunch of stuff happens and Namine only gets to know Roxas for a short time.

Later in the game. She somwhow learns of Kairi's kidnappance and goes to rescuse her from the cage.
I mean cell not cage but I'm too lazy to fix it.

Namine and Kairi hold hands while escaping. Probably because Namine knows her way around the castle that they are in and Kairi doesn't. Oh I forgot to mention Pluto the dog is with them. Don't ask questions. While holding hands Namine seems to be fading away.

The two are then able to escape together until they are stopped by Saïx, fortunately, Riku appears and is able to save the two. Considering the fact that neither girls had any weapon of sorts and were literally gonna fight with their hands. Namine then seemingly disappears for awhile.

Later. Namine is reunited with Roxas and soon joins Kairi in her body. Making the 2 girls one person and whole again.

Aqua. Aqua by far has to be one of the girls in Kingdom Hearts I admire. She is not a damsel in distress. She does everything within her power and beyond to not only protect her friends but just people in general.

Aqua is a playable character in Birth By Sleep and is in my opinion. By far one of the most badass girls in the game.

In the beginning of the game she becomes a Kayblade Master. And is very strong.

I'm gonna end this soon cuz I'm getting tired.

Aqua sacrifices herself to save her friends at the end of the game. She has them escape the darkness while she is left to wander in it all alone for the next 12 years.
