So my sister is looking into a pet for her birthday a week before the party and she saw hamsters as a great gift to ask for a WEEK before her birthday. So my mom says she has to pay for it or wait till next year.

Then my sister does further "research" and finds she no longer wants  a guinea pig but would rather a guinea pig.

So let me tell you some facts about guinea pigs-

1)They have to live in a herd or at least in pairs, so much so that it is illegal to only own 1 in some countries.

2) A pair needs at least 8 sq. ft. of space.

3)They also need provided with hay 24/7 which gets expensive.

4)Fresh vegetables are also needed daily which can add up in the winter months.

So after consideration my sister steel my money and offers it to my parents and they say yes. Mostly due to the fact that my mom grew up with guinea pigs. After my mother discussed some with my sister they decided I would look after them and care for them but they were still my sisters responsibility. I

So now I'm stuck cleaning up after them while my sister gets to play with them and I lose all the money I was planning on using for a new phone and I NEED a new phone.
