this has happened several times today where someone will ask me I have like Pokemon go or something and I say no I'm sorry. then they say not to be sorry.

i say sorry too much. I'm trying to stop I'm just so freaking insecure I feel like I have to say sorry for everything I do that is even slightly inconvenient.
