I cannot express myself enough for how pissed off I am. I know many fans on the anime out there are VERY ecstatic about this.....

Nalu has become a f*cking canon. I think this happened a while ago but I have now decided to talk of it, yes many argue that NaLu is "the best ship ever" , "NaLi sucks" but again it's their own opinion and I guess this is mine.

Tch..lucky for the zillion of you shipper out there NaLus a canon and Natsu and Lucy *groans* Are having a kid.

But anyways my argument for this ship is, I thought it was too set up and easy.

Note: I haven't watched Fairy Tail in a while so Im basing this from memory.

In the beginning of the show, like Lucy and Natsu ended up eating at a restaurant and seriously just from that I knew something was gonna start. Like, a restaurant seriously? I know that's also a way of showing Natsus eating 'habit' but, if you think of it it was like an 'oblivious date' Natsu eating his life away (literally ) while lucy is staring at at. (I don't remember at the moment what exactly happened but that's what I got.

Later in the series I've noticed Natsu is a ..oblivious type and for my side I could sort of see NaLu but not as an official relationship, I would much better prefer if Lucy had a crush on Natsu but Natsu is forever to obvious to notice. I would be fine with that instead of an official relationship

In my end I think it was a bit unfair how Hiro Mashima based NaLu off him and his wife (how I see it) I know he is the creator but because he liked the two main characters he started to make them into a 'more than friends' act. Now he is planning a child for the two, based off his own family, yes that is cute but has he considered something different like think about (I know the few the very few!) the few NaLu haters or just people who don't ship it that much, considering other ideas instead of throwing it out there would've been great, or having a different approach about it would've been WAY better, during the series I've argued that Natsu and Lucy were only friends but over time it's been changing, but back to oblivious Natsu, I have seen that Lucy has had a crush on Natsu just a bit in the middle and further into the series, like when she thought Natsu had liked her the thoughts spread in her head and that's all she thought about, while Natsu wasnt thinkig that at all and all he wanted was that 'treasure'

I have always seen Natsu as a very caring and protective character and I think it should've stayed that way. Everyone in the guild are his friends more on the family level and I see Natsu in having no sexual relationship with Lucy (or Lisanna). I think Natus is more of the oblivious type.

Seeing everyone he grows fond of as family or close friend and no more. But why have these two suddenly start blushing at each other in the series.

I have noticed that lucy tends to get really hurt in battles with fairy tail and always 'has' to Natsu there to defend her but that is not because he loves her, it's because she is his guild member and its more family love than sexual. As any other guild member of Fairy Tail would feel

So that's most of my argument for NaLu ._.
