You know what I hate. When people say to someone who has depression "well you don't seem to be depressed" or " you don't act depressed "

Like dude you got to be kriffing kidding! Just because i talk like I'm fine and act like it doesn't mean I don't have depression.

Not all signs of depression are obvious. People have had loved ones kill themselves and they never knew of the signs simply because they seemed fine. Most of the time the signs Are extremely subtle.

And many more phrases piss me off.
