I am such and irrational person ???

i overanalze things so much until i convince myself of something ridiculous that doesn't make sense and idk

For example, if im walking infront of a group of teens and they start laughing im like "holy shit they're definitley laughing at how ugly i am."

if im on my period and they laugh I literally have a fucking heart attack and immediatley think that i bled through my pants

or if I'm in class or whatever and i start thinking of something really fucking weird im like "Fuck, someone in this class is definitely a fucking telapath." and I start to look around trying to see if anyone reacts to my thoughts.

I LITERALLY GET NERVOUS THAT SOMEONE IS READING MY MIND LIKE WHO THE FUCK AM I

idk im pretty sure i'm just a really fucking paranoid person

And like if my parents said they're going to be home at 10 and its 10:01 im like "SHIT THEY'RE DEAD. THEY GOT INTO A CAR CRASH."
