LEMME START OFF BY SAYING THIS ALBUM WAS ZAYN AND LOUIS AF

This took me really long to do bc it took me like 4 times of listening to each song to write everything I wanted to, so sorry i didn't have it updated as early as i wanted it to be

THIS IS TOTALLY MY OPINION AND HOW IT IS GOING TO BE DONE IS A REVIEW OF EACH SONG WITH----

CLOUDS-

Vocal- Harry

Vocal part- We're never coming back down, yeah we're looking down on the clouds. (Harry)

Overall- this song is hella catchy and caught my attention immediately compared to other songs, but didn't end up being one of the songs i always listen to. bUT, I would listen to harry singing the word "clouds" for 5 minutes straight because hOLY FUCK.

ALSO CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW THEY RHYMED "SIMPLE" WITH "SIMPLE" LIKE GOOD JOB GUYS THIS IS WHY U STAY IN SCHOOL

Vocals- I HAVE LISTENED TO THIS SONG LIKE 10 TIMES AND HAVE CHANGED MY FAV VOCALS EVERY TIME I CAN'T CHOOSE.

Vocal part- WHEN NIALL SINGS "how to fix up a heart that i let down" OR WHEN HARRY SINGS "Are you sleeping baby by yourself, or are you giving it to someone else?" OR LOUIS' SOLO I CAN'T DECIDE SORRY THIS SONG HAS SUCH GOOD PARTS WHERE YOU LITERALLY WANT TO WALK UP TO ONE DIRECTION AND RIP OFF YOUR PANTIES

Overall- this is the catchiest song on the album in my opinion and it always seems to get stuck in my head all the fucking time. i don't mind tho bC I LOVE THIS SONG. i honestly just love the vocals in this song so much im gonna cry. one of my faves

Overall- THIS SONG IS LITERALLY ABOUT BLOWJOBS AND WAKING UP WITH MORNING WOOD AND GOING IN FOR ROUND TWO AND WOW I LOVE THEIR SEXUAL SONGS SO MUCH.

I FEEL LIKE IT'S THE "Alive" OF THIS ALBUM

FIREPROOF-

This is my fave off the album like idk why but this song dOES THINGS TO ME.

Vocals- Niall holy mother of god that irish cupcake got me feeling some way

Vocal part- WHEN NIALL SINGS "maybe we're fireproof, cause nobody saves me baby the way you do" THE WAY HE SAYS 'BABY' WOWOW

Lyric- It's been so long, it's been so long, you must be fireproof

Overall opinion- this song is just so calm and nice and i can listen to it over and over bc each guy has an equal part in this song and i feel like it shows of their true voices so well and wOW.

Overall opinion- this song was a really good song to pick for a single and zayn fucking owned this song ok. This Chorus is really amazing and this is definitely one of my favorite lyrical songs.

side note- I also think the video was the best one since SOML.

Lyric- Watching you get dressed, messes with my head (FUCKKKK)

Overall- I FEEL LIKE THIS ONE IS SO UNDERRATED IT'S LITERALLY ONE OF MY FAVES. THE BEAT MAKES ME SO HAPPY AND THE 1975ISH I LOVE IT SO MUCH I SEEM TO LEAN TOWARDS IT WHEN PICKING SONGS TO LISTEN.

Overall- This song is really emotional and powerful and it's actually so amazing, and idk this song is just wow. most powerful, lyrical wise, in my opinion

Overall- ok im sorry but how Larry is this song. it's really fucking Larry

this is definitely one of the most beautiful songs lyric wise. I mean, Ed Sheeran wrote it so i knew right away it was gonna be amazing. Like Ed Sheeran could vomit on a piece of paper and it would be a work of art tbh

Vocal- Zayn just slays so much all the time jfc

Overall- when i first heard this song i loved it but now that I have heard the rest of the album it's one of my least faves, which is rly hard to say bc i lOVE ALL THE SONGS. it's weird like it will come on my shuffle and i always almost skip it but as soon as i hear "She be my queen since we were sixteen" im like "we wANT THE SAME THINGS WE DREAM THE SAME THINGS WE DREAM THE SAME THINGS ALRIGHT." and i JAM THE FUCK OUT

GIRL ALMIGHTY-

Vocal- i feel like Louis and Niall stood out to me in this one

Vocal part- when Zayn sings "Am i the only, only believer?", specifically towards the end

Lyric- There's something happening here, I hope you feel what I'm feeling too

Overall- this was actually one of my least favorite songs in the beginning but now it's one of my favorites???? I like the feel of the song and whenever the background "ohs oOohhs" come on i imagine the boys in like a greaser movie snapping to the beat idfk im so weird

Overall- Everyone seems to absolutely LOVE this one but it's not really a stand out to me?? I mean I think it's beautiful but not my favorite. The lyrics are amazing tho and I like listening to it before i go ti sleep bc it's calming as hell

Vocal- i feel like i SHOULD say Liam bc it's about his relationship but this song was hella Zayn to me sry Liam ily

Vocal part- I LOVE NIALLS SOLO SO MUCH ESPECIALLY WHEN HE SINGS "it's not an illusion to me"

Lyric- You can tie me up in chains, you can throw away the key, but there's no trapped doors I'm not gonna leave

Overall- 1) I THINK ITS RLY CUTE THAT ITS ABOUT SOPHIAM 2) I like it but it kind of feels like it belongs on the TMH album? It kind of has that old 1D vibe, which isn't bad, but i don't feel like it fits that well with the other songs. not one of my faves to be completely honest.

Overall- THIS IS GONNA BE SO WEIRD BUT I LITERALLY OVERLOOKED THIS SONG FOR LIKE WEEK. IDK HOW BUT I JUST NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO IT FOR SOME FUCKING REASON?? BUT THEN ONE DAY I WAS LIKE "yo i havn't listened to Ready to Run like..at all...maybe I should listen to it" SO I DID AND I RLY RLY LIKE THIS ONE.

I just think that lyric is so funny like wtf are you planning on having kids that are like the spawn of satan? they sound terrible

Overall- THIS SONG IS THE MOST FUN OUT OF ALL OF THEM
