Great way to start a day....

Well, uh, I forgot to take my meds this morning and the nurses never got my afternoon meds from Dad, and I'm pretty sure that a lot of people don't like me now cuz I laughed way too hard at random things and was just generally annoying.

And it was my first impression.

To a LOT of people.
