This might just be me? But a chapter of a previous book of mine was flagged because of the picture that could be placed up at the top

And so of course I got rid of it

But even after I got rid of it it said it was still flagged so I unpublished it and published it again and it still had the warning

So I had to delete the chapter

So is that just me?
