I know some of y'all know this

But it's started to hurt again

So basically in last year in choir class we had a sub who as lit af

But it involved running back and forth liek sharks and minows

I was running dodger getting touched but while running my knee locked and I was basically thrown into the wall

My knee hurt for a month or two

I couldn't bend my knee without it hurting

The pain has been gone for a while but I've learned that my mom also has bad knees so maybe it's genetic who knows
