Being the fact that Alvarez has got Fairy Tail cornered, I really think they wont kill them in any way

I feel like this will be part of Zeref's plan to release END maybe. 

Since Natsu cares for his nakama

My theory is that they will put Fairy Tail in a jail within their country, holding them as prisoners so that they can continue the battle, in the country of Alvarez

Because this would make sense to me.

Hiro Mashima wouldn't let them trash the guild and Magnolia since they just got back there
