You cannot tell me that Rose can go the first four to five years of her Hogwarts education ignoring, completely ignoring Scorpius' existence and then grow up to later marry him and have two or three children. No. Just no. If she, (Rose), ever did start having feelings for Scorpius, due to his time-travels, they would eventually wear off as it would just be a case of "star-struck love".

So no. 

And do you really think Scorpius would or could maintain a 'crush' for his entire life from eleven or twelve until the passing of either himself or Rose? I don't think so, personally.

And just explain the jealously with Delphi.

But if I remember correctly, he was jealous because of seeing Albus with a girl. A girl specifically, is what he was jealous of. 

Scorpius literally, actually thinks of Albus when he is faced with dementors and absoloutely needs to cast a patronus charm, Albus is the only thing he has enough love for, the only love he holds at that current moment that is powerful enough to create a patronus. 

We all know how typically and generally hard a patronus charm is supposed to be.

And Scorpius thinks of who? Albus. Not Rose, not Astoria (his mother), not Draco (his father), Albus. And yes, you could argue that Scorpius didn't really have any intimate memories with Rose but surely, if that is the case, it shouldn't matter because it's the caster's love for the person, thing or memory, not the opposing person's. Kinda don't quite know or remember what I'm typing currently.

and yes, two males can just be friends 

but I don't believe that is the case with Albus and Scorpius

But can he watch Scorpius be continuously tortured? No, he cannot. 
And yes, they can and could just be very, incredibly close friends but I do not believe that to be the case here.
