Why? Where is the indication? Draco Malfoy views or viewed the Wesley's (second time it auto-corrected to "Wesley's", so I'll just leave it this time, imma just leave it this time), as blood traitors or less.

He would not do that to his family, nor name and he probably couldn't, even if he wanted to.

Their families would hate each other and not get on at all. This would probably lead to problems within the relationship, eventually blowing holes in their bond.
