Boyz Crazy

This is probably the most boring episode in my opinion. Okay, maybe not boring but definitely not my favorite.

I think that this episode isn't the best and it's not one I would rewatch. It feels kind of useless, and I know that there are other filler episodes but the quality of this one feels a lot lower than say, Summerween or Carpet Diem. Several Timez doesn't even matter after this episode, except for a few cameos and powering the Shacktron, they may appear more than say, Quentin Trembly or Blind Ivan, but they are much less interesting characters, I did like their "learning how to be a person" thing, that was funny, but they really don't... do anything.

And another thing, the sub-plot. It's incredibly boring. Sure it provides a reason for a Wendy/Robbie break-up, but there are many problems with it. First of all, how did Robbie manage magic? I mean, he's an emo teen who has nothing better to do than lock himself in his room and practice music.

Second, when Dipper tries to find a secret in the music or whatever, it feel really random and desperate. The sub-plot is one super weird and boring.

Finally, I have a STRONG hatred for people getting brilliant ideas from random conversations, it happens way to much and without Robbie's phrase, "Catch you on the rewind" Dipper wouldn't have figured out the message. Again, too random, hate it.

And that's my review of "Boyz Crazy". Remember, this is all my opinion and I'd love to see your opinions on this episode as well.
