For those of you who don't know, according to the Wiki, Sinulog is an annual cultural and religious festival that celebrates the Santo Niño(Baby Jesus) and is held on the 3rd Sunday of January and the whole week, it's held around the Philippines but most notably Cebu
Also, for some reason, people spread charcoal on their faces to make them black, idk why, but I don't think I'll be risking my skin anytime soon
I haven't went to the plaza yet(that's where the festival is being held), but when I will, I promise to make you jealous! :D
