So I designed a pokemon requested by my classmate that is based of mantis, more specifically an orchid mantis, and some Chinese and Japanese emperors and empress, and these are their current designs

Yes just like some pokemon, they visibly look different depending on their gender(like Basculin, other pokemon like Torchick aren't that easy to see, and no, the male and female Nidoran lines don't go in this catagory), and if you're confused lemme just slap in a pic of an orchid mantis

Yeah I did get some design ideas from other pokemon(like Leavanny and Kabutops). I also tried to make the thing(Idk what its called) around female's neck resemble a Kimono(a traditional Japanese dress)

Soooo should I change it completely, maybe some changes, or should I just leave it?
