and it lead me to this Chinese website for comics, and the comic itself was God Hunter(okay, google was able to terribly translate most of the site but for some reason couldn't translate the title, so I just assumed it was called God Hunter)

I did scroll through a few chapters and I'm happy to say it looked great!..... despite the fact its not english translated... *sigh*

see this is what you get when you're in a non-english fandom...

speaking of fandoms, God Hunter actually takes place sometime after the events of Journey to the West, in a somewhat modern setting, so we actually see modernized versions of the JTTW crew!(are my fanfics becoming real???) heck Sun even owns a phone(plus also wearing a suit and tie and my god is he hot--)
