I wanted to make a chapter like this for the last two parts, but figured it'd be better to wait for the introduction of Stands. So anyways, here's the damage for the first few episodes:

-2 Officers need therapy
-A school heavily damaged, with windows shattered
-A school nurse greatly injured
-A student stabbed in the eye with a pen
-A 300 (3,000?) yen camera destroyed
-Many passengers on a plane killed (3 at the least)
-A plane that crash landed into the sea
-A Hong Kong restaurant had a table scorched
-An area of interest in Hong Kong has been defaced

That's about it so far, at least until the episode I'm at.
