Sex REQUIRES consent from BOTH PARTIES

Not just one.

No means NO.

If someone says no several times but then says yes because you won't stop bothering them it means NO.

if someone is drunk and cannot give actual consent that's NO.

"Sure I guess" means NO.

"Only  if you'll stop bothering me" is NO.

And here's a thing for people who want to marry

JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE MARRIED DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE SEX WHENEVER YOUR S/O WANTS YOU TO.
