Today I'm going to write a chapter of remembrance today since it's my Great Nan's (who sadly passed away when I was only a few months old) birthday.

Happy Birthday Big Nan (that's what she wanted us to call her). I miss you a lot.
I hear many stories of you, I see many pictures of you too.

You sadly left us when I was only 6 or 8 months old. So I don't remember you much.

But I still love you and miss you everyday, no matter what.

You will always have a place in my heart.

I'm also going to write a bit about her husband who passed away when I was only around 3years old.

On the 10th of August it was his 100th birthday.
Why didn't I visit him?
Because I couldn't. I was still in Sardinia.
On that same day, many people wished me a Happy Saints Day (because it was my saints day) but that's not important at all.
He's important.

As well as being a good; father, grandfather and great grandfather, he help our country.

Want to know how? He fought in World War 2 for us. And survived it.
And if it wasn't for that horrible war; he wouldn't of met Big Nan.

So I wouldn't be here, thanking them today.

Last is about my Grand aunt named Rosanna. I never met her, nor did my mum. But from what I hear - she was a great woman.

Rosanna, even though I don't know you, you are still family that I miss.

They named my mum after you in Remembrance. And she's honoured to get your name.

I don't know much about you, so I can't write much.

But I can still love you from the heart.
