Backstory: Emerald was a undercooked gem, she came out early. So she was never as tall or intimidating as the other Emeralds. When she tried to get her soldiers in line they would just beat her up.
One day she got sick of it and decided to escape to earth. There she met rose and joined the crystal gems.
