so shows finished 2 days ago??

pack out was yesterday, and oH BOY theatre is definitely interesting

So basically, closing night, we got a standing ovation, and it was our best audience that we got, and no joke, we legitimately all cried. As soon as the curtains closed, we all dashed backstage to get our mics off and we were all bawling our eyes out. It really was an impressive journey for all of us, even the people who have been at the theatre for years, it was just a whole emotional rollercoaster.

I'm gonna miss all my friends at the theatre, and some of them, I'll see them at the next junior show if I get in (it's next year), and some I just won't ever see again.

Sooooo, there's this couple who have been together for over a year, theatre power couple amiright, and they broke up on the last day of shows between the matinee and closing night, and turns out the guy in the relationship likes my really close friend, so GUESS WHO WAS MATCHMAKER? MEEEeeeEEEeeEee! they're not together yet, but boy oh boy they both like each other and it's cute as hecc

The girl in that relationship (let's call her Norah, not her real name) had a fight with my other friend (let's call her Chrissy, again, not her real name), because 'Chrissy,' wanted a bit of a break from the friendship because Norah had started to turn a bit nasty to everyone?? Norah then took it badly and said something like "fiNE I JUST BROKE UP WITH MY BOYFriEND SO I DOn't need you eitHER"

that's about all the drama?

yeah before shows we basically all just screamed showtunes? 

I kinda got pretty friendly with the boy in that couple (codename: Jack), and we kinda just bonded over memes and it went from there? yEA what did you expect from me

At the afterparty after closing night we just shouted Hamilton at each other and I showed him how to do the cha cha slide??

everyone still at the party by like 10:45 were doing the macarena and were all shook cause I knew all the lyrics?

I'm bad at remembering stuff so this is NOT as impressive as the list could be, I'm sure I have plenty of dramas and funny stories that i've just forgotten??

i'll just leave you with this one story:

so there were about 7 of us outside, literally all girls and then "jack," and we were all gossiping and I put on The Schuyler Sisters and I was Angelica, a girl was Eliza, annd 'jack' was Peggy? It was lowkey the funniest thing?

Then we were supposed to go inside but baby shark came on so we did a rendition of that and our assistant director stood by the door and watched us do the entire thing and probably wanted death (ahaha sorry, but not really)
