Well Merry Christmas!

Hopefully you all had a good day.

This was my mothers dog at my fathers house Christmas morning.

It's nice to have my parents, despite them not being together, have a good relationship... most of the time...

My father and step father are pretty chill around one another....

But my fathers girlfriend had this giant Christmas spread, as she always has. We ate some of the food, sat around and talked and looked at the Christmas tree.

At my mothers I was the one pulled out f bed surprisingly.

But sitting around the Christmas tree, all the family dogs from both families, my fathers girlfriends daughter and her dog and both my parents (step father included), it's this amazing feeling being with family...

Until we had to go to his girlfriends house.

There was dinner, and the best gift I got from that not actual family but we know them well enough where eventually we'll have to call them that, was a donation to a school trip.

My father complained about the gifts they gave him, but the fact that they bothered to get us something is great. They don't know us as well, and they always have to make assumptions, for example eyeshadow and a bracelet with a cross on it. The fact that they thought about doing this for us is great.

So Merry Christmas and have a Good New Year, now which of my new books should I read (I already finished one...)
