Yo Ho Ho and a bottle of rum . . .

Hey! I'm going to grant you access to my innermost thoughts! Congrats! That's a lot of exclamation points!

Anyways, like I told you all a million times, I'm writing a pirate story in every genre. So here's my ideas for each genre. (some are woefully underdeveloped. Give me time XD)

1)Action - For The Love Of Red Beard

I'm currently writing this story, so if you want to know what it's about, you could just read it XD It's basically about Captain Red Bear searching for the Holy Grail.

2)Adventure - A Pirate's Life For Me, House Of Gold, and Peter's Ship

Which are my first pirate stories. The first two are done, the third is ongoing. Not gonna summarize those, though, since they're old news ^^

3)Chick Lit - Woman Overboard

This is what I'm planning to write for NaNoWriMo, which is November this year. It's going to be about two very different pirate captains who join forces. The first is Afiba, a girl who was part of a rebellion on a slave ship. The others wanted to turn back, but 15-year-old Afiba turned instead to piracy.

The other is Alessandra, who was a pirate captain's wife for many years. When he dies, the crew votes her into the captain's position because she's basically been managing his affairs all these years, anyway.

So, if you want to read that, it should be coming in November :)

4)Fantasy - Don't Have A Title

I haven't thought about this one too much. I'll probably do something with sea monsters, though. Maybe mythical creatures :D

5)General Fiction - The Sea And Me

I have a vague idea for this one. Basically, a struggling writer is looking for inspiration and he ends up getting captured by pirates XD how's that for writing material, sir?

6)Historical Fiction - Cross My Heart

Brief history lesson: the first American colony was established on Roanoke Island, and then mysteriously vanished. It's a cold case that's hundreds of years old. There's a lot of theories about what happened to them (including disease, hurricanes, and Native American attacks) but none have been conclusive.

MY THEORY: they got kidnapped by rogue Spanish pirates.

So yeah. There's some historical fiction for ya.

7)Horror - Crossbones

Who doesn't love a good cannibal story?

I might start this story this month if I have enough time. It's about a crew of pirates that shipwrecks on an island inhabited by cannibals. Yum.

8)Humor -  To Grandmother's House We Go

Grandma is a pirate. Need I say more?

I know you're answering "yes" but I'm going to leave you in suspense.

9)Mystery/Thriller - I Don't Know Yet

Haven't thought about this one at all, to be honest >:)

10)Non Fiction - The Real Pirates

Kind of a sucky title, but I'll fix that later. I'm thinking I'll probably do short biographies of 17th-century pirates like Blackbeard and Anne Bonnie. That might be kind of interesting, right? I don't know.

11)Paranormal - Ship In A Bottle

The last book in the APLFM series! Sad, I know.

I can't give away too much, though. But yes, it's going to be in the Paranormal category. So go off of that if you want to guess on it.

12)Poetry - Playground Pirates

This is coming soon, too. It's rather cute,if I do say so myself. At my elementary school, we had a plastic pirate ship on our playground and we all used to pretend we were pirates. So I used that idea for a collection of story poems :)

13)Romance - -_-

To be honest, I think romance should be a subplot, not an entire genre for a story. Whatever. I'll come up with something at some point XD

14)Science Fiction - Fifteen Men On Mars

SPACE PIRATES.

seriously.

Need I say more?

No?

Okay.

SPACE PIRATES. SPACE. PIRATES.

15)Short Story - Skull Tattoo

This one is completed, also. It's 4K words total if you're looking for a quick read :)

16) Spiritual - I dunno

Every book in the spiritual category seems to be about Muslim women, which is great, but I'm not sure I'm going to take that route. I was thinking about having a band of Muslimah pirates, which I still might do. I just tend to stay away from religion in my stories cause I don't want anybody to get offended. I also don't want to portray a religion in the wrong way because I'm under-researched. I DON'T KNOW, PEOPLE! HOW DO I MAKE YOU ALL HAPPY AT THE SAME TIME?!

17) Teen Fiction - I Ship It

How do you like that title? Totally just came up with that two seconds ago, but whatever.

The story will be about this rich kid named Allen who's bored of his life. His father buys him a ship for his sixteenth birthday, so he puts together a crew of his friends and kids from school and they go a-pirating XD

18)Werewolf - Midnights On The Queen Anne

Werewolf pirates, of course. Still working on the plot of this one lol

19)Vampire - Mornings On The Queen Anne

Le sequel to le werewolf story. Vampire pirates, bro. Don't judge.

-*0*-

You will notice that I skipped the respectable genres: Classics, fanfiction, and random. First, one does not simply write a story and categorize it as a classic XD. Second, I don't write fanfiction. You guys know that. I refuse to bend my one strict rule in life. Third, random isn't really a genre, anyway. That's just where you stick things that go in the "None of the above" category.

So, hope you're excited for this long list of new stories, hopefully to be completed by the time I'm fifty. Byee!
