When the counters too hot...

A quiet, but glorious morning in Alola ironically wakes up a certain girl of the story named Saki. The suns light sat on her eyes right from the tilted blinds opening, which she didn't really mind.

"Finally its morning!" She eagerly stretches her arms in the air. "I can't wait to hang with Hau today!" She moves forward, accidentally stubbing her toe, forced to shriek in pain. "OUCH!" This loud cry of pain scared her Mimikyu, Akemi up and slipped under the bed. "K-kyu..." It whimpered. Feeling bad, she ducked her head under the table and carefully handles the calming Pokemon. "Oh no no no Akemi, I'm sooo sorry I screamed... I'm not mad at you..." She kissed Akemi on it's Pikachu head, as Mimikyu shook with excitement. "Kyu kyu kyu!" Setting it down, Saki dressed herself for the day, and left Samson's place in search for Ike Town. She found Hau training with Hala in the form of a Pokemon battle. "Hau! Alola!" She couldn't help herself, waving to one of the only people that really gets along with. The boy even waved back, but was snapped out of that really quickly when Hala made his next move. "Now Hariyama! Use Knock Off!"

Striking Hau's Riachu right off its tail, it impacts the ground from the powerful attack, unable to continue anymore. Realizing her mistake of interrupting, she didn't move another step, feeling pretty bad for what for she done. "Hau, you should never turn your back against a Pokemon battle, no matter what." Hala's tone was somewhat disappointed toward his grandson for distracting himself from training, kinda making him even more guilty. Which Saki took that a little more upsetting.

"Um, Well-Hello Hala..." Before she said anything that may be insulting, she shifted gears for a stern greeting. "Alola Saki, I hope your Island Trial is going well for you..." Hau stepped in and scratched his head. "Y-you ready Saki?..." He asked embarrassed losing right in front of her, but she didn't mind, because she was annoyed at Hala...

Going out for malasadas, Saki pats the boys back trying to make him less weary about what happened earlier, and then goes in and pecks the boys cheek. "O-oh Saki... Y-you really know how to brighten my day even further..." Hau's smiles and blushes, but before they could get in line in the bakery, a girl slips right in line before they could, easily ticking Saki even further. "Excuse me... I think we were in line first..." She starts, but the girl doesn't bother to turn her head, not even answering Saki, angering her even further.

"Excuse me." She grumpily said, touching her shoulder, she turns around annoyingly taking off her earbuds. "I think I was in line before you two. No need to get your panties in a twist." Hearing that made Hau sweat of the rising tension of the two. "May I digress that it is WE that reached here first? And please don't talk like that to us..." Some people in the restaurant looked at the girl as she began to raise her voice. "It's just a few more people, just wait." The girl returns, which only upsets Saki that she's being hand down from someone no better than her. "Oh yeah? Well maybe you should wipe that disrespectful attitude and learn to respect those around you, and maybe, JUST MAYBE, I won't 'have my panties in a twist' you-" Hau tugs lightly on her collar, as she snaps right at the last person she would want be upset with.

"WHAT??" Covering her mouth right after that, Hau stepped back, silent and looked around the people who had a set of eyes staring at them. "I-I'm so Hau... I'm so sorry..." She silently, but quickly leaves the bakery. "What a baby twit I swear..." Hau turns to the girl and continues right after Saki, "Excuse me!-"

Disappearing out into the quiet forest, she rushes to a nice waterfall located a little bit in the center of Melemele Island. She popped herself on a rock and released a big sigh. She couldn't believe her tone was used against Hau in such a hurtful manner. "Hau... I'm sorry... I didn't mean..." Out of nowhere, she heard someone say, "Who exactly are you talking too...?" Which was enough to scare her, causing her to slip on the rock she sat on, if it wasn't for the assistance of the person and quick actions, she would've ended up in the stream herself.

"Sorry if I startled you, I see your having not so much of a good time... On the rocks, heh..." The women cracks a smile to her deceiving blank face. Saki wipes the blush off of her face and stood up, "I-its okay... I'm just having a rough time right now..." The only thing the women did hearing that, was tilting her head and blink her eyes twice. "That's a bummer, what's today's problem?..." Saki didn't think she could come straight forward, but she did anyway, "Just... I yelled at a... Good friend... When I was just trying to talk to... Someone mean..." Her choking of words might have been enough to make her cry, but she was padded on the back from this lady. "Perhaps I know of a way to calm your nervous and relax the brain. Come on, don't be shy."

A little concern at first, she was led into a valley of yellow flowers which was a REAL breath taker. "Whenever I feel the upmost stress or pain inside myself, I take a trip to this valley and admire the canvas... the blank yellow canvas..." The two stepped into the wide area and sat down on comfortable grassy seats and sunk into the good feeling. "W-wow... This is actually pretty nice." Saki herself was impressed to the relieving medicine of a beautiful day on a beautiful flower valley.

"Isn't this exactly what you need to relieve any and everybody on your mind?" The women picks a single flower, and takes a good whiff of it. Saki felt refreshed about her behavior and even stuck the back of her head into the flowers, as if she was taking a bath in her own home. "Thanks... Uhh..." She was left trailing on what to say, but the lady cuts her off, "You can call me Mina." She smiles and joins Saki in a flower bath, and even took a nap. Ten minutes later, Saki gets up and sees little'ol Mina dozing off, which she smiled at her appreciation of helpfulness, and walks out of the valley to go see Hau,  the two couldn't be happier.

"Mission accomplished..." Mina said to herself...
