A "Smashing" Thanksgiving
As the year now draws closer and closer to an end, another year is soon to begin. There are people wish to end this year already, and there are those who don't care how the last two months go. Yes, indeed it is the month of November, the time in the year where the temperature begins to drop and when the sun sets sooner into the night. As we know it, November is also drawing to an end, but today is a very special day to be celebrating the kin between family and friends with a grand feast!
I'm sure you remember the history behind this grateful holiday, the pilgrims and Indians sharing a meal back in the year 1621. This year, things are going to be a little different compared to a normal Thanksgiving holiday. There is going to be a grand party and dinner with your favorite Nintendo characters along with some 3rd-party guest list faces invited to this exciting and blessed occasion of grace and cranberry sauce.
This special party for our mains in the Super Smash Bros. universe is to be set in the Mushroom Kingdom, In a fairly large building that can be used for both dining and ballroom dancing. Only those who are competing in Smash Bros. are invited, but those who have started a family with a fighter are welcome. The party began around 11:30 am, with some exciting plans to wind-back and to pal around as friends without too much violence.
Mario with a drink in his handle approaches the connected microphone set to properly everyone who was able to make the trip for this major occasion.
"Hello? Hello? Umm-hello?" He tapped on the mic on the other hand with a cup to make sure everyone was paying attention, heads turned towards him as he constantly tapped on the mic.
"Ahh! Here we go, here we go! Hi everyone! It's-a-me! Mario! I would like to welcome you all to our Thanksgiving Party!"
He announces, getting a round of applause from those who were able to attend. Mario had to put his drink on a table as he took out a piece of paper to unfold and read it out loud.
"According to our very own cook team, putting an effort to make the most out of this meal, dinner still has its time to take before it is complete! But for the meantime, we have plenty of activities in store for the kiddies and grown-ups alike, so please have a good time!" Another applause ceased as Mario stepped down from the stage, to be greeted by most of the characters from the original Smash Bros.
"OOK! OOK! OOK! *Hey, hey, hey! It's good to see ya guys after all this time*!" Donkey Kong pulls Mario in for a hug, Yoshi and Fox getting a kick out of the ape's eagerness of the party.
"DK, Fox, it's been a while! Well... off the battlefield, but you know." Mario shakes the hand-like paw of the leader of Star Fox.
"No worries soldier, it's nice to set the weapons aside for a nice plate of dinner, you know?"
Fox smiled, following Mario and the others outside to a green yard wide enough to play sports upon, Mario's specialty.
"Don't a forget a day of fun everyone! We're gonna work us up an appetite just before dinner!
With some FOOTBALL!" Mario tosses a football in the air as DK pounded his chest to grab it, but ends up getting intercepted by Kirby's agility and pushes him away with his feet, taking the ball for itself.
"Poyo! Poyo!"
It squeaked, right before handing back the ball to Mario. The fluff ball gets a small head tussle right before setting the ball aside. He took out a soda and hands one to everyone to really relax.
"Before we do play, we'll settle down a few drinks and see who else wants to play."
Right there, Mario and the gang decided to gulp down a couple of cold ones before they had enough players to start a game.
The party was going strong when 12 o'clock finally rolls around, Pac-Man was gobbling pretzels and the bowls himself until his wife literally had to control his appetite.
"Oh no, you don't! You're not ruining your appetite before the feast Pac!"
His wife Mrs. Pac-Man grabbed his arm before he could consume another pretzel. While it was good to stop him from over-eating, it still was embarrassing for the old school video game character to be dragged out by his own wife, so he takes her hand off of his arm.
"Alright, alright hun! You got me! Now let go of me!"
Pac-Man wonders a direction away from his wife and hopefully find someone to talk to, anyone. The Prince of Yilsse, Chrom was right around the corner with his wife, Robin.
"Hey, Chrom. You're looking stronger the last time we have seen each other."
Pac-Man shook hands with the warrior, the man returning a smile back, just as glad to be seeing old friends.
"It's good to see our favorite ghost-consumer."
Robin let loose a small joke, Pac-Man chuckles along to support her sense of humor.
"Good one! You guys enjoying the party? I hear Mario and the others are looking for more players for a football game, you want to join, Chrom?"
Pac-Man intended to join the game, he has yet to ask Mario about it. But Chrom shook his head to the invitation.
"My apologies, we've been invited to a sword sparring tournament with the others. It actually begins shortly."
Chrom held Robin's hand as they began to depart to the other side of the building. Robin waved to the round character before she had left.
"We'll be rooting for your team to win!"
Once they did leave, Pac-Man headed on out where the others started forming a big group on who was planning to play some football!
Chrom and Robin make their way to the east side of the building, where most of the other swordfighters were hanging around before their own tournament before dinner began.
"Chrom. You came." Cloud welcomes them with his back leaning on the wall, Roy sat on a rock waving their entrance.
"Cloud, Roy, you two are looking stronger than ever. Is Lucina with any of you by any chance?" Robin pokes her head left to right to see if Lucina arrived before they did as she did mention on their way to the Thanksgiving dinner party. To her wonder, Lucina just so happed to enter the picture, looking eager to practice swordplay against some worthy opponents. It's not every day these characters can swing swords that could be caught with a friendly laugh because it usually results in blood and death.
"Hello father, hello mother. My apologies for my delayed arrival." Lucina comes in and hugs both of her parents after being apart for quite a while now.
"Lucina... It's been forever..." Chrom couldn't control his grin, which grew into a smile, Robin felt the same way.
"You're looking stronger than ever dear." Robin smiled, right before Shulk enters while holding the blade he has been entrusted with, the Monado.
"Those mushroom workers sure are rowdy, but they do know how to cook." He stretched his arms in the air, right next to Lucina, explaining why Chrom and Robin arriving before Lucina did.
"Oh, you and Shulk were helping the toads with dinner?" Chrom asked while petting the head of his daughter.
"We have, Shulk has done most of the hands-on work, I admit." Lucina brushes her hair that was caught in her face, but Chrom didn't stop with the wedding.
"It's still nice of you to aid them with leadership, Lucina. No need to be brazen." Chrom stepped forward the grassy lawn, seeing the other swordfighters approaching. He heard Corrin talking to Link about something blessing as they have approached with Marth and Ike.
"Marriage is a beautiful occasion of bringing two people who believe to belong together Link. Sakura and I had the perfect wedding in Hoshido's cherry blossom forest. I will never forget that day, even if it was during the war with Nohr..." Corrin couldn't control his blush, while the other two warrior chuckle.
"C'mon Link, you must've seen someone you had to like more than a friend! Have ya?" Ike elbows the young man with his bulky arm, Link shook his head, not really the boy to be speaking about love and settling down.
"... Not that I know of Ike, sorry to let you and Corrin down... I have a bit too much on my mind to be thinking about that." Link shrugged, a bit on the side thinking his answer was disappointing. Marth disagrees, he let Link know it by placing an arm on his shoulder, shaking his head when he turned to look.
"Don't darken yourself Link, I hope we aren't forcing to confront your feelings or anything. It's just we don't often talk as diligently as we would normally like to act as." Reliving Link of this anxious state, he was glad to see the others around for the tournament. Just about everyone was there! But Meta Knight, who just had to make his cool entrance, which everyone was there.
"... Marth, Link, and everyone I have yet to speak of. I have taken the offer of Mario's invitation. Dinner will be served... Right after I kick your kicks in a game of swordplay." Meta Knight says in a very emotionless tone, but Cloud was the only one who found that funny.
"Not unless I have anything to say about it," Cloud took his large sword out, and sets the tip of the blade on the stone payment, starting to rally everyone up.
"Well, Well, if its a challenge you want, then it's a challenge I will stir up for you!" Robin couldn't help but to take out her Levin Sword, pumping everyone up with their own blades, Falchion, Yato, Master Sword, it was to be a fence to be enjoyed. But something didn't seem right, it was almost as if... There was someone else missing in the tournament.
"Wait! Wait! Stop!... Where's Hero?..." Robin stopped everyone before their matches could begin, which nobody to their surprise had seen him yet. So they had to hold back the tournament until Hero shows up.
In the meantime, elsewhere in the building, Villager and Isabelle walked right into Joker at the refreshment table for a cold beverage.
"Oh... It's you..." Villager wasn't in the happiest of moods to see all characters to run into... It had to be the one and only Joker, the Phantom Theif. Isabelle stood there sweating in worry while sipping a Capri Sun which was mostly meant for the children.
"Villager..." Joker tried his best not to make the most focused eye-contact towards him, just at Isabelle who was sip, sip, sipping away the Strawberry Kiwi roarin' water flavored punch.
"... Making a ruckus out of yourself, and sleeping in class I see?" Villager does the same eye-avoiding glare at something else in order to avoid the teenager in front of him.
"..." Joker faked a grin and tilted his glasses, countering Villagers insult with, "Huh, never knew you've always had an interest in my life Villager." He tsked, easily melting Villager's patients that kept him from snapping.
"... Like I would ever have the need to look into that. Just stop Joker. Come on Isabelle, Let's go see the others." He grabbed Isaebelles wrist as she waved goodbye to the teen.
"Okay Mayor, hi Joker, I hope you have a grand Thanksgiving!"
Right to a room where a cable television set was installed for the children to enjoy cartoons while dinner was being prepared, the two have run into a classic fight for the remote, one side is a child who usually starts a fight, Bowsers son, Bowser Jr., and the other being someone who wouldn't give up anything for someone who they believed didn't deserve it, Young Link. All the other kids gathered around to see who would win the tug-o-war for the remote, the only ones who didn't watch the fight were Inkling boy and Inkling girl, who were too busy watching Spongebob, entertained by the undersea life.
"Woomy..." Inkling girl's eyes glittered.
"Woomy..." Inkling boy's eyes also sparkled.
"Let go! Let go! I don't want to watch stupid Spongebob! I want to watch Fear Factor!" Bowser Jr. pulls the remote towards him so he could watch what wants, even if he didn't care for the show all that much, he just like watching the other kids grossed out by the disturbing challenges on the reality show.
"Grrrr...! No! We're watching Spongebob!... And we're keeping it like that!" Young Link pulls with his own might, not budging the remote.
"Gentlemen! Gentlemen! There's no need to be so aggressive! We can settle this whole conflict if we could sit this out!" Lucas urges to calm both of the boys before something really bad could happen. But Ness was passed that point, he just wanted something interested and unexpecting to happen before dinner was served.
"Its no use bud, "Goddess" Paluenta isn't helping us today." Ness sweatdrops right at Lucas, who actually attempts to reprise one of Palutena's quotes from her book that Lucas always carries around with her.
"Who do you think is gonna win Nana?" Popo asked Nana, who thought about the outcome of the match.
"Hmm... Is it possible to vote both of them to win?" A strange question from Nana left everyone but the two boys where fighting to stop and to stare at her.
"... How are they able to both one? Unless they decide to come to an agreement, there's no way they could both win." Villager shook his head, right before Bowser Jr. yanked the remote so hard, it went flying out of his hands and slipped right under the couch both of the Inklings were sitting on watching Spongebob and Patrick eating Krabby Patties.
"Great, now look what you've done! It's gone! I'm telling my dad on you!" Bowser Jr. swore revenge on Young Link as he stepped out to snitch. Toon Link, on the other hand, crawled under and retrieved the remote himself, but instead of pulling the remote out, he pulls out a folded piece of paper.
"Huh, What's this?" Toon Link opens the piece of paper, everyone gathering around him to see if the paper was some letter or doodle of some sort, but it wasn't, instead, it was a faded map!
"Hey, check that! A map! You know what that means right??" Diddy Kong ran around the room with excitement as Young Link smiled, answering his question.
"Treasure! This place has to have a treasure chest here somewhere! I'm gonna find me some rupees! A lot of them!" Pichu took a whiff of the piece of the paper and ends up darting out of the room.
"Wow! It looks like Pichu's onto something! After it!" All the kids followed Pichu out of the room, searching for potential treasure and adventure, but the Inklings stayed back watching Spongebob's own adventure under the sea!
"Woooooooooomy..." They both waved their voices in sync.
Now that the kids are off to find the treasure within the building before the big Thanksgiving Dinner, was Now time to start a rocking game of football! The ladies sat back in the shade enjoying a nice drink to watch the game, while the others were finishing out the teams for each side.
"Alright, I'll be-a taking Samus, Kirby, Pikachu, Falco, Pit, King Dedede, Olimar, Mega Man, Pac-Man, King K. Rool, and Banjo."
All the characters mention went onto Mario's side on the field, Donkey Kong on the other with the rest of the characters who were playing. Fox, Bowser, Ganondorf, Mr. Game and Watch, Dark Pit, Wario, Sonic, Wolf, and Ridley.
"Let's have a good close match! Good luck everyone!" Fox began some warm-up stretching before the big game.
"Don't be so kind Fox, everyone knows we got the good players on our side. We're gonna squish the other side!" Bowser cups his fists together highly warming up everyone.
"Correct Bowser, let's show them NOT to mess with the likes of us ever again!" Ganondorf even got caught in the excitement as he began stomping his feet with Wario.
"Position gentlemen, the first inning starts now!" Donkey Kong grabs the football and met most of the characters on the northern lawn, Pit and Dark Pit couldn't help but enjoy their own Capri Sun pouch in the cooler outside.
"... Excuse me Pit, Dark Pit, the game's beginning right now... We need you both right now..." Olimar's droopy voice went to go join the others, while Pit put his drink aside, but Dark Pit wasn't moving.
"Aren't you going to join your team Pitto, they're waiting upon us!" Pit annoying tugs on Dark Pits arm, until he finished with his own drink.
"Okay, okay. I'm done! Knock it off. Let's meet the others."
Both of the Pits ran to the field to join their huddled teams for a winning game plan. Pit twisted his body around to the voice of a woman calling, Palutena, the Goddess of Light.
"Break a leg you two! I'll be rooting for you boys individually!" She spoke, Pit couldn't help but raise his hand high in the air with the utmost motivation.
"Don't worry Lady Palutena, no need to worry about any broken bones! We'll be okay! Do your best Pitto!" Pit ran to his side, while Dark Pit just shook his head to him and his airheadedness.
"Just an expression Pit, no need to be so humble."
Now that the groups were boiling a football strategy, the ladies took their attention off of the field and on the table.
"I'm a tad surprised you don't necessarily have a team your siding on darling. If I were you, I'd side with Donkey Kong's team, now they look like they know how to pack a punch." Bayonetta takes a sip of her alcoholic beverage while making a little giggle, perhaps a bit pumped from the drinks.
"Is that so? I just hope to see them both do their best out there. Although having some of the greatest fighters on their sides for a friendly game, I'm actually quite curious to see the outcome." Palutena looks up into the sky, then on the field. Peach spoke her mind about the teams so far, her opinion on who could possibly win.
"If I may choose myself, I believe Mario's team would be the victory. He's rarely a strategist, but he's still marvelous when it comes to the heat of the moment." Daisy agreed although she wasn't on the idea of Luigi simply coaching the game rather than competing.
"Ahh, you're lucky to be in the great company of Mario, Peach. No matter how many times I tried to make Luigi join in, he would always tell me the same thing, 'Sorry a Daisy, all the positions have been taken up, so I'll be coaching instead!'". Daisy couldn't help but sigh, only to have her back patted by Zelda.
"I see what you mean Daisy, I just can't help but notice he's been going through some... changes," The ladies turn their attention onto Zelda as if this was shocking news. "He's been portrayed nowadays as a rather... timid gentleman..." Her words may have been rude, but the other ladies agreed.
"I ever do so wonder what has happened to the charming man of the old days, he was just as excitable as his older brother was. I wish there was something I could do to boost his confidence..." Rosalina held Luma and gave her a light tickle, pleasing the little cosmic puffball.
"... You know what...? I think we can," Daisy said with a thinking smirk on her face until she was given a brilliantly devilish idea. "I think he just needs a boost in confidence!" Daisy stood up with a finger in the air.
"O-oh goodness... a-a boost...? How so Daisy?" Peach gulps, a little concerned for what Daisy's free mind was up too.
"Nah, nothing weird, we just need to sit down and talk to him, well wait at least... I say... the last inning, then we help our favorite green plumber!" She sat back down, getting approval from the other ladies to help poor Luigi.
"I'm in~!" Bayonetta down to do something perhaps devious, but Peach was hoping it didn't have to result to that.
"Me too, Luigi has some hidden potential from what I've seen lately." Palutena nods, as Rosalina spoke up.
"Me too, I shall help Luigi any way I could."
Daisy clapped her hands excitedly and even excused her self to bring a fancy party platter plate of sorted ham, cheese, and crackers. Part of her plan to help the coach who finally started the game of football!
While the game was going underway, the others who were participating in the sword sparring tournament still sat around the grass waiting for Hero's arrival. Shulk picked himself up, now beginning to question if they should end up starting without him. "I don't think he's showing up, I can't help but consider to start without out him."
Roy, even Ike was starting to think the same thing, but Chrom was still humble enough to wait for his arrival. Lucina, on the other hand, couldn't stop staring at the door. She finally huffed and excused herself.
"Pardon me father, mother. I must excuse myself for a drink. I'll be back as soon as I can." Lucina left, which just so happens to finally to their surprise, the character they've been waiting for to start the tournament.
"Hey, guys! It's Hero!" Link alerts the one and only Dragon Quest character to be involved in the Super Smash Bros. roster, Hero himself.
"Aye! He's here! Long-time buddy!" Ike comes up for a bro hug with the newly arrived character.
"... My apologies for my late arrival, I suppose you could say I was stuck in... traffic." Hero stretches his bones, hearing some unpleasant cracking of muscle.
"Goodness Hero... You don't sound so well... Would you like to take it easy?" Robin held his arms, but he wasn't in any pain or agony, so he kindly removes himself from Robin's concern.
"Nah, don't worry about me. I've been through worse, I'm again sorry for my delay of our sword tournament... Now that I'm here, let is spar!" Hero puts his shield to the side drawing his sword out, everyone else doing the same.
"Alright, let is have a friendly, and clean match!" Corrin spoke, as his opponent was Marth.
"You bet, I've been training for our sport and I am not planning to lose!" He replies back.
"You all, have much yet to learn..." Meta Knight pulls out his blade against Robin, in which she does the same.
"The first round match-ups begin now! Engard!" Link and the rest charged forward to begin their tournament at long last!
During the mini treasure hunt, the children were embarking, Pichu's scented trail leads to a bar that wasn't restricted only those over the age of 21. The children continued to carefully trace the small Pokémon's direction and surroundings until it eventually leads them to the bar station.
"Pii? Pichuuuuuu... PI-!" It accidentally bumps his head on a stood the bartender was using, causing it to tumble and collapsed on top of Pichu. The reason for the use of the stool wasn't for sitting upon, but for standing. The bartender of the Thanksgiving Dinner was a Koopa, who wasn't pleased to flop on the floor like an animal when he's supposed to be serving drinks.
"What the-? Pichu? What in the heck are you doing? I don't have any snacks for you. Leave now!" Bartender Koopa points Pichu to leave, but the other kids open the mini door that connects the bar station to explain Pichu's situation.
"Oh, Koopa, no need to be rallied up. We aren't up to any kind of trouble!" Young Link defends Pichu as he grabbed the small mouse, rubbing its head right where it bumped it.
"We're absolutely sorry for our accident, and we take full responsibility, please don't report us to Goddess Paluenta!" Lucas begged, but the Koopa wasn't really in the mood to play any kind of game they had.
"What are you children doing out here instead of watching cartoons or something?" He asked Diddy Kong, as hands the map to Koopa to get on the same page.
"We're looking for treasure! That's why Pichu lead us over here," Diddy kong climbed onto the bar counter after Koopa sets the stool back up cleaning any alcohol or broken glass that fell with him. It took a minute to clear up everything, and even Bartender Koopa could use some entertainment to amuse himself while working, so he decided to play along.
"Treasure, huh? Well... Why didn't ya any of you say so... I suppose I'll be of use to you kids. Listen up," The kids leaned in as if this was a secret to be told only to those the bartender could trust. "First off, you'll need to return that room where you found this map, and you'll need to wait exactly one hour, ONE, not two, not fifty-nine minutes, exactly one hour, then you need to head to the biggest room of this building, to get the biggest prize of them all!"
The kids all gasped, "THE biggest prize??" Nana had her breath taken away, Popo could barely speak. "W-what could it be??" The kids all bounced around the bar, which was funny and a little embarrassing to watch.
"Alright, everyone! Let's wait that one hour and head to the biggest room! I think I have an idea where it is!" Villager and Isabelle ran out of the bar, being followed by the rest. With all the chaos out, Bartender Koopa took a deep breath.
"Heheh, I wish I could see the looks on their faces where it leads them..."
While the kids headed back to the TV room, the football game was down to its last inning, both teams were neck and neck with 22 points on each side. Both sides were tired from the competitive and strategic play, there was only enough time for ONE more touchdown to be made.
"Alright, Mario. Show me what you can do with this last shot." Donkey Kong tosses the football to Mario, as everyone had gotten into positions. Defense ready wall, and offense ready to storm through, Luigi blew the whistle to begin the game.
"Let's a play ball! Whenever you're ready!"
Mario passed the football to King K. Rool, both sides collide together in rush to cross each other's side. The large Crocodile prepared to toss to the ball to King Dedede, who managed to cross to the enemy side. Wario charges towards him, but instead of landing successfully, King K. Rool managed to launch Wario away with his gut check flex as he successfully tosses the ball.
"All eyes on you Dedede! Pass that monkey's defense and lead us to victory!"
"Thanks, Rool! You can count on me!"
He manages to cross the 30-yard line but already ran into trouble with Fox. The king leaps back a tad to trick the animal in movement, but Fox read that move like a book and stole the football to the 50-yard line.
"Hands off Fox, I'm scoring that last touchdown!" Falco came in running, Fox barely manage to juke him and sneak passed the 40-yard line, but Olimar manage to sneak the ball out with his small size and ran across the field back to the 50-yard line, but Ganondorf grabbed the small astronaut but quickly tosses it in the air before the evil king could take it from him. Mega Man and Wolf both jump to take the ball by force.
"Sorry Wolf, but I'm taking that ball!"
"We'll see about that tin man!"
Before either of the two could grab it, Samus used her electric lasso to grab the football in the air and sprinted to the goal.
"Nice try boys, I'll take it from here-." Reaching the 30-yard line, Ridley intercepts the ball and takes flight in order to take it, but Pikachu used Thunder to bring it down at the 50-yard line and took the ball.
"Pika! Pikachu!" Its speed managed to reach the 20-yard line before Mr. Game and Watch grabbed Pikachu and the football and began juggling the two, tossing them to the 30-yard line, Wario grabbed the ball and charged.
"AHAHA! Imma gonna win! Outta my way runts!" He mocks right before Pit easily takes the football while Wario was too busy thinking about taking the prize the winners would receive in the end. Bowser charged forward pretty pissed Wario lost the ball so easily, laser-focused at Pit at the 40-yard line.
"You're an Idiot Wario! Looks like I'll have to make up for your mistake! Hold still Pit and I'll take the football without any trouble!"
"Nah, come and get me!" Pit hopped in the hair trying to get any bonus height with the vigorous flapping of his wings. This unexpected method to dodge Bowser's full-on charge ends up with him sliding on the grass with his face plopped in the ground. Pit even managed to dodge a tackle by Donkey Kong sliding under him without the ball touching the ground. Pit felt like he was making a great impression as a skillful soldier of Lady Paluetnas army, but of all the characters to give him a run for his money at the 20-yard line, Dark Pit had a locked grip on the ball and would let go, the two were at a stalemate.
"Let go of the ball, Pit! you know I'm much stronger than you!.." Just like the tugging between Bowser Jr. (Who decided to ditch the idea of snitching and watched the football game) and Young Link, they both have lost grip of the ball as it's been tossed high in the air, with someone who could possibly put an end to the tie of this game, Sonic the Hedgehog.
"Thanks, Dark Pit! I owe you one! I'll get that touchdown in no time!" There goes Sonic zooming across the field dodging anyone who opposed a threat to taking back the football. Sonic ran down the right side 20-yard line in the hope to score the needed touchdown, but suddenly lost the ball and his balance the last second he knew... by Mario!"
"Sorry Sonic! I'll take the ball away know!" Mario quickly passes it to Pac-Man, who managed to toss the ball at the 30-yard line right to Kirby, which it began to dash and effectively dodge anyone to tackle it.
"Poyo! Keeeeee!" It tosses the ball into the air to the last character on the spot on the other side, Banjo.
"Thank you, Kirby! This game is as good as ours!" Ganondorf came running full force in defending the endzone, snickering along the way.
"No use bear! I got you where I want you!" He yells, which made Banjo stop and shrug.
"Meh, you may be right, but got something you may not like~!" Banjo uses the power of his good buddy Kazooie and activates a Wonderwing and knocks Ganondorf right off his feet and scores the winning touchdown. Celebrating an endzone dance.
"Guh-huh! Guh-huh! Guh-huh!" He kept bowing down as he just gave the performance of the year." Everyone on his side cheered, the opposite team with good sportsmanship cheered, everyone, headed to the bar for a refreshing drink both non-alcoholic and a drink that you could sing too!
"Good job everyone! That's a good job!" Luigi was just about to join them but instead was pulled into the lady's table with a plate of snacks and appetizers. He sat there with a small blush on his face, quite curious about why the girls invited them to their table.
"Hit it Yoshi!" Daisy pointed, the green-friendly dinosaur turns on a camera and started filming.
"Yoshi, Yoshi-yosh!" It spoke, Peach held Luigi's hand, which his blushing increased a little bit.
"Luigi, I hope you don't mind if we had a word with you." Luigi tilted his head on what they could possibly ask for.
"Umm... What can I do for the lovely... ladies today...?" Luigi asked Zelda who chimed in on the action.
"Luigi, if Link was ever out on another mission or if he was even sick. Would you ever consider an attempt to save me from that awful Ganondorf...?" She made a face that no one could ever resist her cute charm but it wasn't for someone with the witts of Luigi. His throat dried and his head began to sweat, trying to think of the perfect words to let her down lightly.
"Umm... Well... G-Ganondorf... I don't think I could ever pull myself to beat someone as big and scary as him..." He sighs, while Rosalina pats his back.
"Luigi... Do you ever the chance of flying in the stars in that adventure in space your brother Mario has partaken in? He has told me you had a great time traveling planets... What happened to that Luigi I used to know?"
At this point, more and more words started to flow in Luigi's mind, but they weren't coming out of his mouth, so he just sat there a flustered mess studdering. None of the girls seemed bothered, but Palutena took her turn in adding.
"Have you ever thought that you may have overworked yourself? Perhaps that is what makes you so insecure. Have you ever considered a vacation?" Luigi was about to speak perhaps the talk of overwork may just be the problem, but Bayonetta drops in, pulling Luigis last straw to run.
"A vacation sounds like a marvelous idea L-dog~ I myself can use a vacation on an island or even in Paris, the most romantic place in all of Paris, Luigi. I could just work you any way I want, and you would work me any way you'd like it. If you succeed, my baby boy will soon call you dad~."
"Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" Luigi now cherry red ran away from the table to shiver away the dirty thoughts Bayonetta had in store for him. Daisy sighed as she gets up to looks for the more broken green plumber.
"Ugh, C'mon Yoshi, let's go find Luigi."
"Yoshi! Yosh!"
Moving on from the football game, the characters who have yet to make an appearance have been in the open ballroom used for a class... a yoga class. Lead by the fit and qualified teacher to educate fine exercises.
"Remeber class. Yoga isn't a workout. It is a work-in." Wii-Fit Trainer begins class to most of the other characters to pass the time dinner is to be prepared.
"A work in?... Why does that sound truer than work out sounds?..." Lucario asked inside its head while it and everyone else stood straight in a mountain pose.
"Well, Lucario. Yoga rather results in discipline, helps to control breathing, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, which leads to health and relaxation. Rather than hardcore options." Mewtwo replies as it kept itself in the same position before moving to the chair pose.
"Allow yourself to begin as a beginner. Nobody at all could manage to start as being excellent. Inhale, exhale. Inhale, exhale." Wii Fit Trainer repeats after certain pauses to let the class know when to breath in or out.
"This is a breeze compared to what Sensei-Gouken has put us through! Am I right or am I right huh Ryu??" Ken asked as if he was easily right about the difficulty comparison, which he was right, but Ryu wouldn't answer back, but when he did, he wasn't wrong either.
"You may be right, but this isn't so bad to learn a relaxing exercise either Ken."
"I know, I'm just saying."
Back to Wii Fit Trainer, she moved on from the chair position to the exhale forward position.
"You are one yoga class away from a good mood."
This position may have been tricky for those who aren't the most flexible with their bodies, such as Pokémon Trainer and perhaps even Joker.
"Uuuuuuuuurrrrgg... Maybe I should have brought my workout clothes...." Pokémon Trainer gasped as he just couldn't pull himself through that difficult position.
"Errrrrrrr... C'mon... C'mon..." Joker was nearly reaching that position with the support of his cat Morgana.
"You're not so far off Joker, its so easy, even I could do it multiple times!" His cat dropped down then back up showing it wasn't as hard, but Joker wasn't motivated any more than it was because of how much it's easier it is to pull it off with its small figure.
"... Thanks, Morgana."
Moving right along, Wii Fit Trainer now went on to half inhale lift position.
"Yoga teaches us to endure what not to be cured and to endure what cannot be cured."
These positions were still very difficult to be pulled off without the right shape or proper warm-ups. Simon and Richter Belmont may have fought monsters and Dracula himself, but it still was a small challenge to stay in their certain positions.
"And I thought training back home were challenged... Goodness..." Simon thought to himself while Richtor thought of something similar.
"Please tell me dinner is to be expected soon so we can put an end to this..?"
Wii Fit Trainer now entered the exhale Charturanga positions.
"These mountains that you are carrying, were meant to be climbed."
Incineroar may have taken this position as pushups, but at least in a way, it was working to be pumped for the next pose.
"Cinaaaaaaaaaaaa!"
Dark Samus simply floats in the air while staying in this position almost makes it look like a hoverboard, with some of the weirdest and random noises it could make.
"*Incoherent Alien sounds*"
"If you fall, I will be there."
She then moves to the inhale upward dog pose. Little Mac felt so out of place, he purposely thumps to the ground, mostly just to get out of the awkward position.
"Umm... Sorry... I didn't mean to... Break my pose... I'll just wait for our next one..."
This position caused Greninja to bounce out of place, acting as an ordinary frog for a second, before hopped back to its mat.
"Gren... ninja..."
Then Wii fit Trainer moves to the exhale downward dog, everyone attempting to follow her movement.
"Most people have no idea how good their bodies are designed to feel."
Captain Falcon was no stranger to these rather difficult positions and followed Wii Fit trainer rather flawlessly.
"I know my body is on a roll! Show me your moves! Everyone!"
Snake, also moving in these positions rolled his eyes and continued to keep his posture to himself.
"... If you ould keep it down Captain Falcon, you could be doing me and everyone here a favor."
Finally the last one of the yoga group, Terry Bogard wasn't all so bad either, even if his normal wear wasn't yoga worthy.
"I don't mind Falcon, I'm getting the hang of it myself!"
But before the Wii Fit trainer could resume, there was a ringing that came from down the halls, loud enough to be heard from the ballroom, the bar, the TV room, and the eastern lawn and northern room.
All five groups have followed the constant ringing noise, which leads to the dining room, the biggest room all. The Thanksgiving dinner was complete! All of the food you'd expect to come out of this dinner as all set!
"Time for dinner everyone! Dig in!" One of the chefs from the Toad staff welcomes everyone as they excitedly and sat down and came to eat.
"Guys... I think I just realized that... Dinner... was supposed to be the treasure Koopa was talking about... Nana spoke, the other kids around her yelled, "Oooooh... Of course!" And with that out of the way, they all had a Thanksgiving Dinner...
After the meal, it was now time for some late-night karaoke! Ganondorf gets up on stage and simply kicks the box into playing... The Guardians Theme... Oh was it a surprise to Link... He kicked, slashed, and went nuts until the song was turned off and Link recovered his sanity.
After a couple of hours of karaoke, the adults fell down to sleep from hangovers and the children went to sleep from tiredness, the few remaining characters went up to the stage while Bartender Koopa enjoyed a nice beer to himself, listening to the last characters sing an unrecognizable version of drunk Bohemian Rhapsody.
"Is this the................. real life........" Lucina and Pirahna Plant both sang.
"Ruff ruff rufff bark bark...... bark rufff....." The Duck Hunt Dog sang.
"Jigglypufff...... Jiiiiiiiiiiigg........" Jigglypuff sang the highest.
"* Beeeeeeeeeeeep booop* *Beeeeeeep*" R.O.B. Sang the lowest.
Happy Birthday, @Hithereyo14 !
