I got a Raichu GX Tin and a few booster packs came with it. The tip to the booster packs is that if you get a white card instead of a green one, you will get a better card. The sixth card is usually the rare one. This is what I got as good cards.

I saw this card at a comic store for 70 dollars. It's a holo first edition (I think) which is why it was expensive. Wasn't able to get it though...
